We visited Chat House and tried their stuffed paratha plate — it was absolutely delicious and truly made our morning. The front-desk staff member, Jasmeet, was also wonderful. She handled everything with great skill and provided excellent customer service.

I was really disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. The customer service was poor from the moment I arrived. Staff seemed uninterested and inattentive, and it took a long time just to place an order. When I did get my food, it was not fresh, lacked flavor, and definitely didn’t match the quality I expected based on their reviews.

Overall, the combination of unfriendly service and subpar food made the visit very frustrating. I hope the restaurant takes this feedback seriously and improves both customer service and food quality, because right now I wouldn’t recommend it.

We went for dinner but tables wasn’t clean. We ordered gol gappe but they did not gave us any plate to and also no water on table. Service was very poor

Very bad service and very slow . Even we didn’t receive water and papers . We wait for 20-30 minutes. very disappointed.

Best indian bakery ever in canada delicious pasteries and cakes in variety of flovours to choose from and always fresh.

I usually get the mango shake and it is yummy, but this time when I went she did not make it fresh. It was sitting in the fridge ready and she gave it to me. It tasted gross and old. I won't come back if they are not going to make it fresh on the spot.

One of the best Indian foods I’ve ever had!
Great taste, reasonable price, friendly staff.
only problem was that we had to wait for a long time for the food to be served however it was only us sitting and waiting. they had lots of takeout as I guess.
The staff were very friendly and nice.
I would definitely order from them again.
