I ordered the Bombay Sandwich and Pav Bhaji sandwich, but both were incredibly bland and lacked any real flavor. The taste was disappointing. Based on the name, I expected an authentic Indian/Pakistani experience, but unfortunately, the food seems too tailored to the Canadian palate. I wouldn’t visit again.

Today we went there .... We ordered desi breakfast. It was not bad but the paratha was buried ... omelette was not properly cooked...it's not properly cooked.... the ambiance was good but the girl at front is rude. also, the manager wipped something at the floor then put cloth on the counter. She even didn't wash her hand and start making order.

Went there for breakfast. It was good. They said it was self service but what that means is that you order the food, seat yourself down and they give you a buzzer.. it'll let you know when your food is ready. Taste wasn't too bad. The tea wasn't as strong as the name suggests but it was good. Overall not too bad. Will try something else next time. I gave atmosphere 3 only because when we went it was very quiet

Ordered online and picked up. Got a text saying that they substituted something I ordered after I was half way home. Staff didn't say anything about substitution at the time of pickup. They charged me $2 extra for the substituted item. Really disappointed in the service. The chat wasn't bad. Paratha rolls were okay, definitely not worth the price for the quality or quantity.

i want to give zero star. Food quality is the worst. I ate poori channe , and cant express how bad it tasted, even chai tea latte was yuck. I told one of the employee about it she didnt even respond back. Overrated.

They only sell halal meat. They donot label their meat has halal. Halal meat is slowly killing the animal and say a Muslim prayer. At the end Allah akbar. Be warned

I've been going here for a while. My wife and I usually split a tea and ask for an extra cup which has not been a problem until now. But today they said I had to pay $1 just for the extra cup. Maybe $0.25 I can understand but this is ridiculous.

The atmosphere at Chaiwala was really nice and so is their karak chai. I feel like if they open drive thru service, then it will attract more customers.
