Chaiiwala of London

This place used to be my favourite, but lately the quality has really gone down. Today, I felt I had to write this review. I ordered a large pink chai, but when I received it, the cup was only half full. What’s the point of choosing a large size if you’re not going to fill it?

As for the chicken tikka wrap, it was overloaded with sauce—so much that it was hard to even enjoy the wrap. It was messy and overwhelming.

Chaiiwala used to maintain a good standard, but now it feels like a completely worse experience.

The place is very good. Also the food was really delicious. I really liked the service. One of the best places to visit. Very Good and highly recommended !!⭐⭐Everyone should go if get a chance!!

Mesmerising experience

Never been here and will never go here. What does a colonial named tea house serve better than the more authentic flavours we get in the Fraser Valley?... Let alone the ones in India? Nothing.

Food was great . The thing that led me to give a review is how jaspreet treated me with patience and helped with what i wanted. She went an extra mile for me . Food is one thing that makes a place great but employees are the key factor, and with employee like jaspreet , the place really is great!!

Poor service

Cake was dry and stale and butter. Chicken portion was really small for the price. The people working there don’t come up to you to ask how everything is you have to go up to the counter To let them know if anything is wrong with the food you just got.

The best Indian chai (Tea) one can ever have in Canada. Great variety of food too.

Best Karak coffee in town :)

Nav provided absolutely excellent customer service, she’s friendly, kind, and incredibly welcoming. The café itself is clean, beautifully designed, and offers plenty of seating both upstairs and down. The view from the upper level is stunning, you can see the mountains just behind Seven Oaks Mall. I asked Nav to surprise me with a drink, and OMG the Rooh Afza Mojito was sooooo satisfying! I also tried the Karak Coffee Frappe, and it was just as amazing.
Highly recommend checking this place out. Can’t wait to come back!

Absolutely amazing service from Navneet! She was super friendly. Her warm personality and professionalism really stood out. She truly deserves a raise for the incredible service she provides.

I have been a regular for almost 4 months now and the food is awesome and the customer service is amazing as always.
