Church's Texas Chicken

Chicken always tastes overdone and burnt tasting coating. Was amazing when it opened but now feel the staff doesnt care at all anymore

Staff behaviour so rude,looks like it was hard for her to talk and looks like she was so angry because i was ordering 2 wraps and before she was standing free there,,felt like m not paying for my food and ordering free that why she is rude,her eyebrows were going up for each thing i ordered

Food is fresh and awesome. Environment was peaceful and clean surroundings.
Ravneet helped us and he talked very politely and respectfully.

What a truly awful experience!

This was, without a doubt, one of the most disheartening and frankly insulting restaurant experiences I have ever had. The only think steeper than the attitude of the staff were the outrageously inflated prices on the menu, with bear absolutely no relation to the quality of the food and the service provided.

The staff interaction was the final nail in the coffin. The cashier was not just having a bad day; she was aggressively rude and dismissive... Trying to place an order or even ask a simple question felt like an enormous inconvenience to her.

Just went in for lunch pay with a $20 bill. My lunch was 13 something the clerk gave me a change consisting of a role of dimes. And she thought nothing of it. I say don’t you have a bill or toonies or loonie. She say no she gave me severe attitude

She could’ve asked do you have another sort of payment or tell me the issue not just give me a look of like why the hell are you paying with cash?

Another one down the drain.

No burgers as they cleaned up everything 30 mins ahead of closing time so they were not interested in making any burgers.

Coke was not available.

So technically they charge and then the items are not available. Since when did it become a norm to charge and not even inform if something is available or not.

They did not cook kitchen before. Cook on the spot and have clean area. Management needs to add more staff. Staff have high work pressure during busy times

Great chicken! This time the chicken was so fresh and juicy. The fries got a little cold by the time I brought them home. The thin cardboard box doesn't insulted very well. The shop is very clean and the staff are very friendly.

Where waiting for 1hour and yet the food attendant give our order to the other customer he didn’t check what number or the order was!!! Poor service!!

“I had a very unpleasant experience at this restaurant. When I picked up my order, the staff gave me the food directly in my hands instead of providing a bag. On top of that, there was no basic courtesy or acknowledgment like a ‘thank you.’ As a customer, I expected at least minimal service and politeness, but unfortunately, this was missing.”

The lady working till tonight made me very uncomfortable as my husband and I wanted to order food. We needed a minute to decide what we wanted. She kept staring at us looking annoyed that we weren’t sure what to order.

My husband ordered jalapeño bombers and they forgot to put the dip in the bag. We drove from Mission just to get them.

I decided not to order anything and go somewhere else for food.

Ordered 4 pc chicken combo and a sandwich,
Sandwich was okay but the spicy chicken outer layer was too hard and inside very dry.
The taste too felt as if of rancid oily; terrible taste.
overall really bad experience.

Usually like going here, but today we had the worst service she used the same glove she touched our money with to grab our chicken and fries. She gave us super old fries not even Edible-and then we got home and found out they don’t have crinkle fries it’s one of the main reasons why we go there this was the fist time having bad Service
