Friendly service, good tasting food. This is the best Church's in the lower mainland.

Parking: Lots of parking and if you have to use the Rona parking lot its usually empty

Couldn't even order took other people instead of me standing there. Will not come back what joke. I see 3.6 or 8 stars so their lousy service must shine through and it's not me. Anyone going good luck.

I Love Churches chicken, went in, ordered for take out. But first the guy doesn't greet. Place an order for the three piece combo. The guy bag the food and I notice fountain drink machine was out of order. I ask him what do I do for drink now, he just said ohh it's switched off because of the virus in the water.
I feel like he was supposed to tell me when I placed my order and says ohh there won't be any drink is that ok, but no, he even said it rudely and expected me to be okay with it.

the guys made us fresh sandwiches and they were amazing

They sold me some dry chicken.. must have been sitting out for a couple hours. Pop was flat... fries were good.

The store is bright and spacious and it is not dirty. However there was a huge rat going through the garbage bin outside the store when I pull in to the parking spot. Staffs are nice. I ordered 7 pieces combo, mix regular and spicy. Those regular chicken are quite delicious, crunchy and juicy. However the spicy one is extremely disappointing. The outsider layer is rock hard, and dense, like a body armour, The meat inside has been completely dehydrated, like beef jerky. If I was dinning in the restaurant and I will definitely ask the manager over.

Ordered from church's thru uber eats. Our sandwich was very pink and dry inside and cold. It looked like it was cooked many hours ago and just left sitting there. It was not edible at all. Went back to the location and they wouldn't replace it. Said they have to charge us. Not happy with their service and the fact they have no food safety etiquette.
Service has gone down hill here. Will never go back here again

This Church's Chicken location seems to be getting worse day by day. We visit every single week and have given them many chances, but they forget something from our order every time. This latest visit was no exception; when we finally addressed the ongoing issue, the staff member claimed it didn’t show up on the system. To make matters worse, the girl cashier gave us strange looks and seemed unprofessional. Their lack of apology and poor customer service made us feel like we were asking for free stuff. Church's Chicken really needs to train their staff better and improve their customer service. We won’t be returning.

My hubby went there this evening. It wasn't really busy, we waited about 15 min for our food. My hubby ordered 2pc combo and I ordered 3pc chicken strips. When we got our food fries were limp and warm and my strips were barely warm. I asked for new strips, not even new fries. They said I would have to wait again. We didn't have time to wait so I ask for my money back. The supervisor said he would have to ask the manager. They would not give me my money back. We can give u something else. Annoyed by this time so I said fine give me 2pc of chicken. Which I did not want. Another customer came in and instead of giving me the chicken she started to serve that customer and not finish serving me first. I will never go to this store again. Crap food, crap customer service. The store was also not very clean. I would not suggest eating hear. The customer beside us showed us his biscuit and it looked clearly like some took a bite out of it. He was not happy either, they just made excuses to him and did not help him either.
