First time trying this chicken. Looking for a KFC replacement. Didn’t go well. I was up charged for a thigh but got a chest. Bit into the thigh I did get and was overwhelmed with the awful Odor. Smelt absolutely wrong. After that I ended up throwing all the chicken out. I didn’t want to get sick. The bite I took had no flavour just an all around horrible experience. If I want to get sick I’m better off going to KFC. At least it smells good and has flavour. If I could give less stars I would!!!!

Went in to grab a bite.Simple order of fried chicken.There was a wait for 20 minutes.What kind of fried chicken place has a wait of 20 minutes for fried chicken?Wouldn't bother coming back here ever.Note: I didn't come during a super busy time either.Avoid at all costs.
Ordered a combo and said I also want a gravy which I paid extra for. Got home had a box of tenders, no fries, no bisquet no gravy. Called they said I could drive back for the missed items. Asked for a credit they said I could get fries and bisquet next time for free. Great. No extras for my troubles. Not much of a solution.

I recently visited the Church's Chicken in Abbotsford and while the staff provided good service, I was disappointed by their bag fee policy. Charging an extra 25 cents for a bag seems unnecessary and inconvenient for customers. It's frustrating to be nickel-and-dimed for something as basic as a bag, especially when it's such a nominal amount. While I appreciate the quality of the food and the efficiency of the staff, the bag fee left a sour taste in my mouth. I hope they reconsider this policy in the future to provide a more customer-friendly experience.Note:plz take a bag with you when u gonna order takeout order?

I love church’s, been eating their chicken since early 80s in Vancouver . First time I’m been truly disappointed. Decided to try the Abbotsford location. No wings in stock even though it’s their advertised special . Weren’t willing to accept their online coupons. Back to fleetwood location I go zero problems in the last 10 years living in Langley

We checked them out and tried a chicken sandwich combo, a chicken wrap, and they let you get whatever side dish you want. So I tried the jalapeño poppers and apple pies for dessert. Absolutely everything was hot! Even the pie was still hot even though we saved it for dessert.Prompt greeting and clean place that is not at all crowded for seating which was nice.
