We orders the half Desi style and half panner tandoor they gave us chicken when we complaint instead of apology they said that our fault and for replacement of pizza they charged us extra $10. I’m not going back zero customer service.

Once I got home, I noticed they had charged me $2 for ranch dressing that I never requested. They handed it over without mentioning there was a charge, which felt a bit sneaky. While $2 isn’t a big deal, it’s the principle that matters. It came across as an attempt to make a little extra without being upfront.

Old man working at the front has no sense to talk to customers. Owner is losing business because of his rude customer service. He is typical guy with no manners at all. He should know some customer service skills to work in Canadian Culture. I would suggest if you really want to order from them, try online. Otherwise be ready to deal with that typical uncle!!
