I went to this location with my granddaughter, we got a loaf of sourdough on a Friday, by Monday it was moldy. We also got a Bavarian Kreme cruffin, that was scrumptious. The young man there was splendid.

Great spot! The guy that was working yesterday afternoon was really helpful and friendly. I asked him what his favourite thing was and he recommended the lemon blueberry scone. It was the best scone I ever had! Thank you for the wonderful customer service and delicious baked goods. It was our first time to the shop and we will definitely be back again soon :)

I love getting my bread here every week. The sour dough is so delicious. I am getting tired by the staff constantly trying to upsell me when I make it very clear that I only want a loaf of bread. It feels very forced and scripted and they do not stop when I say no the first time.

I have a sandwich restaurant in Abbotsford and we use COBS Highstreet bread to build our sandwiches on. The bread and any other treats that we have picked up from them have always been baked to perfection. It also bears mentioning that the service that Tyler and Marla provide is stellar!!

I was so excited when this location opened. It is much closer to my house and was convenient for my drive in to work. I have used the Cobs chain for years. Treats for work meetings or for clients, guests at home, or just as a treat. Both my experiences at this location paled in comparison to other locations. Food quality was not the same as other locations across baked goods/treats and was quite disappointing to serve. The foodsafe practises of the person helping were questionable, they kept touching their hair with bare hands then grabbed the loaf of bread with the same hand, not using gloves. Another time, the person working at the front counter came in to the store, and started right at the counter without washing their hands. I have since gone back to driving 10 minutes farther for consistency and cleanliness.

Employees assume that customers have whole day if they are coming in for couple of loafs pickup. They can re-arrange their shelves while working with a customer, take as much time as they want in packing the loafs, also its okay to chit chat with other customers whom they are not even attending to rather than working on their own order. After all this theatrical drama, they yell back if you ask them to process the order a bit quicker.
