I always love getting food at Costco. The food is good and the line often quite fast.Theres not a very good seating area anymore though, and realy I miss the hamburgers they had.

You know what they say: One bad thing ruins everything else.I know and understand how busy and hectic fast food can get when theres rush hour. However this does not provide ANY excuse for laziness.I ordered a whole pizza (pepperoni) and a hotdog. Now I understood at that point with such a big crowd (Sunday 2:30pm) I won't get my order in any time so I went ahead and packed the groceries in my car and came back to find the order number caught up around my number, 131. This was about 10 minutes past the order. The cashier called out "125". I can see the pepperoni pizza sitting edge of the oven conveyer belt. Cashier continued with small orders, dealing with hotdogs, icecream, poutine, etc.All the while the the order went up to 139. At this point it's about 20 minutes past the purchase, and I came up to the cashier and told her that the pizza was sitting on the conveyer belt. She said "ok", brushed me aside, and continued serving the numbers. 140, 141, 142, 143... One of the employees in the back finally got the pizza out of the belt which was now sitting there cooling down for about 5 minutes, cut it up, PUT IN ON THE DISPLAY WARMER. At this point I noticed another pepperoni coming out the oven so I hoped maybe that's mine, nice and fresh. Definitely worth the 30 minute wait. Then numbers go up even higher. 150. 160. Finally the cashier realized they probably forgot about my order, 131, and asked if i was 131. I nodded to confrim. She then sent one of the employees to get the pizza. Now at this point there are two pizzas sitting on the belt, just done baking, hot and ready. Guess what this employee does? SHE GRABS THE PIZZA ON THE DISPLAY, WHICH WAS THERE FOR 15 MINUTES.I have waited 30 minutes, just to get display warmer pizza that was there the whole time. Normally I would've requested the new one but I did not want to make a scene with about 50 people waiting and just left. This is probably the last time ordering a whole pizza from this Costco. Please, have some common sense. I ordered a whole pizza so I can enjoy a nice fresh, hot pizza. I waited 30 minutes, not complaining. AT LEAST SERVE ME A NICE FRESH PIZZA, NOT THE DISPLAY WARMER ONE THAT YOU COULD'VE SERVED ME 15 MINUTES AGO.Rant -over-.I'm only ordering hotdogs and icecream from here now. Chilliwack really needs their own costco.

prices are slowly creeping up.
Quality has gone way down. Especially on the pizza, which always seems undercooked and as though the dough hasn’t risen properly. Only a shadow of how good it used to be. Chicken strips are also frequently dry and chewy. Thankfully the Hot dogs are still good.
Customer service at the till is terrible. This was the second time I stood there waiting for my number to be called , the first time she called out my number backwards and after awhile I asked her if she meant my number. She was rude. Today for the second time I waited for my number to be called and it never was. She was so rude again! People sitting beside us also said they were treated rudely.

A good option for a cheap meal: $1.58 (with tax) for a decent sized hot dog, or Polish dog, with refillable 20oz pop. Real ice cream, not ice milk. Pizza by the slice, or a whole large. Chicken wings, chicken strips, fries, poutine, turkey & provolone sandwich and more.
First time shopping there. Had. Hard time. Finding products other than that it was interesting
Food that meets a great cost to value point. The fries are the best.
The new pizza crust is disgusting. Wish they would go back to the old crust
These are the best hot dogs in Abbotsford.
