Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

Not impressed with the mobile order. You do mobile order to avoid long line ups. You go in the restaurant and bypass the lineup and stand at mobile order pickup and staff ignore you for long periods of time. Today we came and there wasn’t a line up and standing at mobile order pick up no one asks if they can help you. They walk by you multiple times ignoring you. Better to stand in a long line up and order to be acknowledged.

I was absolutely grilling and chilling here, had a party with employees and enjoyed my cold ice cream, 10 out of 10 give employees raise for the amazing party last friday.

She had taken the time to really care.. she's a great listener and she is such a great professional who acknowledges the customer and represents dairy Queen 110%!!!

Salad isn't worth almost 11$ and they're deaf don't listen to full orders

We went through the drive thru and the guy at the window spilled our drink and he didn’t even apologize or exchange the drink..

Went there on sep11@ 10:00 , i tried to reach the location before 10:00, i explained them that i really needed to get the blizzard , but i was refused the service it wasn’t even 10:01 , upon asking the name the girl refused to give me a name , and this isn’t the first time it’s happening, even if you are in line and it hits 10:00 they just refuse to serve you !
I guess they don’t want customers anymore.
