Why do staff nearly always think I'm not going to care if they hand me a cup with their dirty little fingers inside the rim.Disgusting and disrespectful to your paying customer.The fast food chains are getting hit hard, you need to step up to the plate and offer a better line of service otherwise your done.

Very disappointed!!! For what I paid and what I got, I could have gotten double of the order next door at McDonald's. We ordered 3 combos. 2 chicken strips (4 piece) the chicken pieces were smaller and thinner than my fingers! The burger combo was burnt and dry. All the fries were old. I could not beleive it. It was too far and too late to take it back. I would have rather be refunded. Stick to ice cream....at least that has been ok so far. Sad!

My downfall is I like the Buster bars far to much. BUT for the last few times we bought them they haven't been great ! We both times had very little or no chocolate fudge in it . I look forward to that ,it's our favorite part of the Buster Bar . I know times are tough but don't skimp on your ingredients or you will lose sales ! Please train your staff on how important it is to keep to DQ's method of preparation . Updated Feb,2024

Great food burgers and all ice cream and dessert items are great ice cream cake and blizzards are a favorite as well as the flame grilled burgers. Drive thru service can be rather slow at times this would be one thing to work on.
