Lunch with Mom served 15 minutes apart. My black bean beef was in a red gravy that had 0 flavor and I do mean 0. When reported to staff they did not attempt to resolve or even apologize.

Ordered meal for delivery. When I asked for a price and asked for a breakdown of cost, person ( female) on phone became short and rude with me. Kept cutting me off and speaking over me. Then she demanded to know if I still wanted my order. I’ve been ordering for years from them but now I think it’s time to start looking for another restaurant!!!!!!!!

Ordered close to$200 worth of food. Came to pick up...all of it in one flimsy bag which tore open the second itookitoff the counter. All my food spilled on the floor. The girl behind the counter just smiled at me when I told her what happened. I had to I visit some help me pick up my food and even then they really didn't so anything...what was salvaged from that was horrible. I remember this place used to be good , good service, good food....not anymore. Just give us your mo ey and get out.. tasteless crap...never again.

Service was awful. Ordered dinner for four. Brought one dish and we waited 10 minutes for the other 4 dishes. Plates are what I use at home for toast. The kitchen is poorly organized to say the least. My family will not visit again!

Food is not as good as it used to be. It has been going down hill for years. Pork was super try and was bland. Was hair in one of the dishes. Unfortunately was takeout and not worth taking it back to complain. For $130 just not the value it once was. Dinner for 6 with an side of honey garlic boneless pork. Lots of other choices in town to pick from.

Wonton soup is absolute delicious! I had lunch 5 and it did not disappoint! Awesome food and best Chinese food I have ever had.
Food was decent, our only complaint would table service definitely needs improvement. Staff focuss on the front counter on average 4 people standing not acknowledging customers. I felt bad for a senior couple who were seated then were waiting for at least 25mins for someone to come take thier order. I also was waiting for takeout containers, so I went and asked staff if they could please help the couple. When we were leaving the manager asked how everyone was, I explained food was decent but table service lacked Manager had no response, I would assume this is a common complaint!!

Fantastic selection of Chinese food, best prices and tasty every time, service is good and atmosphere is just okay and clean and the best deals are when you order the person for two or three dinners etc.

Used to be the best spot in abbotsford for chinese food by far. Lately food here has taken a dive. Last couple times food was pretty bad and it took 2 hours to arrive instead of quoted one hour this time around. Breaded chicken was full of bones too which is very atypical, dumplings were gross, even the beef and broccoli wasn't good not sure what changed to make a great spot bad.

Christmas eve we placed am order 12 hours in advance and pre paid. Sent my son to pick it up early for the promised time (6:30).
my son waited until 8pm at which he was told 30 more minutes. 2hours of waiting ! Eventually they refunded the money which hasn't been refunded to my account yet (2 days later) we were left with no food Christmas eve as by that time no resturants or grocery stores are open. They absolutely ruined Christmas eve for us !
