It was our first time here and it definitely will not be our last!!!! We got pizza, wings and drinks and wow was it good!!!Our server Jimmy was amazing, he answered all of our questions and he was really friendly.

The food was ok. The B.B.Q. Chicken salad was a 4/5 (according to my dad). The BBQ chicken pizza on the other hand, was about a 2.5/5. The dough was kind of dry, the cheese wasn’t melted all the way through and there was chunks of raw tomato all over the pizza which was unappealing (I had to pick them off by hand). The service was impeccable though, was fast and polite. Food came out in about 20 minutes. Overall, I would give Ricky’s & Famoso’s a 6.5/10. Would go again.My less than positive review of the pizza may have been due to the fact that I went later than supper time (7:00).

Ordered 2 pizzas, curly fries, and mozza balls. It came to $73.00. The fries alone were $11.50 and was a super small portion for that price. The mozza balls was barely even an appetizer, as there were only 3 (for $18.00). Both of our pizzas were REALLYunder done. The flavourful was ok, but with a soggy undercooked pizza, it still sucked. Luckily, i had a $20 coupon thru uber, but it wasn't worth even the $53... will never order pizza from here again. So disappointed.

Gorgeous location, the design, colour and style are absolutely perfect! I was not prepared for how amazing the pizza would be!!!! I am absolutely in heaven! The chef is a true artist! I am spoiled for any other pizza! Thank you for this reasonably priced culinary delight!!!Parking: It was easy to find a parking spot even though the restaurant was busy.Wheelchair accessibility: I am a handicapped person and found it very easy to move around

Don’t go here, save yourself a headache. I bought a few dishes from them many months ago, the customer service is so bad it’s actually unbelievable, sad to say the customer service is something out of a comedy skit.. The staff should be ashamed of themselves, the staff is incompetent (they mess up orders in various ways consistently, forget things, mess up the meals, etc.), they fail to perform the tasks of the job. The impression I got from multiple different times is that the staff is irritated to do what they are hired to do properly. They’re extremely rude and you would honestly think they intentionally provide horrible service so they lose customers so they can work less. The Sumas staff including the management don’t deserve to continue to be employed by Famoso and should seek employment that isn’t in the hospitality industry, I will never buy anything from them again regardless if the staff is fired or not. They lost a very polite customer due to poor quality employees.

If you're ordering more than three pizzas from this place stay far far away they can't get their order right. I had a birthday party recently and ordered seven large 15-in pizzas for delivery upon delivery excited with everyone hungry they show up with two extra large pizzas and five small personal sized pizzas when I called to complain they told me they can't do anything about it and that they were so sorry and I told them how am I supposed to feed 20 people with these. Again sorry we can't do anything about it. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.
