Was greeted with a smile from a young lady working , food was excellent , even came over to our table to ask how it all was . First time at a fat burger and I’ll be sure to be back !!

Stopped at Fatburger before Costco, and like usual, it was great. I’ve tried dozens of Mushroom Swiss burgers at various restaurants (fast food and otherwise) across Canada and in 1/2 dozen states, and the Fatburger Mushroom Swiss consistently comes out on top! They’ve nailed the formula - lots of fresh, fried mushrooms, a tasty patty with melted Swiss cheese, a soft, fresh bun, and the perfect amount of mustard and mayo - wow! This burger really nails what a mushroom Swiss burger is supposed to be.
I had fries as well, and these were the best fries I’ve had in a long time - crispy outside and soft inside - great job!
My gluten and dairy-free spouse had a lattice-wrap burger, again - consistently great.
Unfortunately they do not have a gluten-free fryer so my spouse can’t enjoy the fries😕 - we’d eat there more often if that was the case.
The staff were friendly and very pleasant😀

Best burger and fries. 5 guys is close. I don't know why people go to McDonald's and A&W. The food is far superior and almost the same price.

Smells from dirty grease traps or sewer were in the air and the music in the bathroom made me feel like I was in a dance hall. Otherwise people and food were fantastic!

The burger was way too salty. It was the first Fatburger I have never enjoyed. Also since when did they automatically put cheese without asking. I can't have dairy, so I had to send it back and when I got another one, it was too salty to eat.

Came here for dinner and the food was really good and fresh. The service though was unbeatable. I had my 4 year old grandson with me and the young lady working played peek a boo with him and gave him a couple toys. She made my grandsons day!!! Just amazing

Ordered mushroom and BBQ burger .Both were bad and in the BBQ burger mentioned multiple times to remove lettuce and tomatoes but still burger was prepared with lettuce and tomatoes. Fries was average. Bad experience
