Very bad experience.. I paid for fish box with fries..and the young manager comes to tel me there is no fish.. it's frozen and we don't if it will be good to fry.. asked me to change the sandwich with something else.. I prefer fish but I admit to get burger and added 3$ plus and by the end she doesn't give me the fries.. that's a very bad way to manage...

I love their gravy and burgers. One nice thing about the burgers, relish is a topping. You can tell the paddy is fresh. Fries were nice and hot. The lady told us about the fat points fat rewards. Free burger what do you have to lose.

One of the best fatburgers I’ve been to! It was as advertised. Neatly put together and crafted with care and cooked to perfection. The chicken tenders were large and plentiful and again cooked to perfection!

Very mediocre burger at best.

Got the cheeseburger and onion burger, the burger itself was decent, but looked nothing like the picture and was smaller than expected, and had to search high and low for the grilled onions. For $15 I expected a better meal for sure.

Stopped in after shopping at Costco as I had a gift card to use up. Ordered the chicken tenders, and I requested the mustard and plum sauce. I was only given plum sauce. When it came time to pay, I mentioned I wanted to use what was left on my GC. I handed it to the cashier, but then she said, “oh, I think someone left that there” then proceeded to hand over the debit machine. I told her I wanted to use that gift card, she blankly stared at me then turned around all confused trying to get the attention of another employee. Seems like she’s never had someone use a gift card before. The other employee helped her, but I wanted to pay my remaining balance in cash, and they didn’t know how to do that, so they pulled out their cell phone to use the calculator. Their till isn’t capable of doing a gift card and cash payment? How strange and embarrassing.

Amazing! Don't go to Wendy's Go here! You won't regret it. Amazing burgers so juice and delicious. Kid friendly and so clean! The staff were amazing and very kind.

wait 30 plus mins and there is two people in restaurant. get my order its wrong. I continue to wait another 30 min. they give me free burger card. I come back 2 months later. I order, snd then have to wait no joke 30-35 mins for my food, I get it and its wrong again. I can't have bread, it has to be a lettuce wrap. I clarified this multiple times during ordering. honestly simple simple requests are becoming almost impossible to accomplish these days at any service related industry.

My brother and I are from Toronto and we were at Costco and saw this little restaurant. It's our first time eating here but it was a treat. The staff were great and the chef was amazing. Thank you again for making or dinning experience so amazing

We placed an order with Uber eats. The staff didn’t include everything in the meal. We called the Franchise and asked if they would deliver the rest of our order and they said they don’t deliver. There’s nothing they can do.

We ordered a meal paid for it even before the driver showed up with it and left it in the freezing cold on the front deck. (We even tipped him).

A third of our order was missing.

The staff at the franchise store realized that some of the order was still at their location and they did not care.

I would not recommend ordering from them in the future.
