Eaten at fatburger locations a lot and enjoyed it. This place was like a different restaurant.. Hopefully this isn't a trend. Staff needs better training and basic intelligence. Chicken strips weren't cooked like other locations, staff totally checked out on customer service. Had to ask for ice for my pop like this was strange request.. dirka dirka.

Won’t be visiting this location again. Normally we go to Langley. Food quality is bad. Also we ordered 6 tenders and 12 wings. They came out with 4/8 respectively. Way better quality and crispy at other locations. No carrots/celery sticks. Come on, do better

The food was pretty good but the mini donuts were really bad after 10 min they got hard, they soak up the oil and I got food poisoning.
Uber eats listing is misleading. While looking like a great deal with 2 for 1 deal combo meal. They charge for the fries and drink as an up charge mandatory. Meaning it isn't a deal at all.

Burger only tasted of mustard and the burger patty was dry. 32$ for a burger, medium fries and a can of sprit , very let down and will not be ordering again.

Food was terrible. So much sauce on the food that it was dripping off. All you could taste on the burgers was relish. And the wrap was more Caesar dressing than anything else. The sauce from food was pouring out of the wrap and burger even through the paper they give you around the food. Fries had definitely sat around awhile. I won’t be spending my money there again. Better bet is McDonald’s. The people seemed nice tho and the restaurant appeared to be clean so those are pluses.
I would still rather go here than triple
