Weird tasting batter.. Or old oil...overdone rubbery chicken....both strips and popcorn...milkshake tasted watery and comes from a machine.... Dips were even gross. The only edible things were the fries...like Cavendish from Costco. And lets not forget overpriced for portions. Some work is needed to make this place good.

I had the chicken burger and onion rings and was thoroughly impressed.It does take a little bit of time as everything is prepared fresh to order, but they tell you that upfront and have little notes with how long each thing takes to cook beside the item you are ordering (so if you get mad or are surprised about that pay more attention to your surroundings).They also have pulled pork and BBQ ribs and butter chicken.I only have a 4 ⭐ on the atmosphere because nothing stood out in a cool way, but it was really clean inside.The guy behind the counter was really friendly.Kid-friendliness: What kid doesn't like chicken strips?

Ordered thru DoorDash. Ordered the popcorn chicken poutine. Chicken is so spicy hot it burns my mouth. They offered nothing when I spoke to them. I will not order from them again. Menu should have said it was spicy chicken breading. Lesson learned.Dietary restrictions: Offer a less spicy breading when ordering popcorn chicken.

We had original poutine and chicken fingers. The fingers were prepared fresh and not mashed chicken products. Fresh cut chicken breast!! The poutine was good with a ton of cheese curds. We will be back.

Saw them on Skip, looked them up on line, then ordered. The chicken is bloody amazing. I tried onion rings, popcorn chicken. Going to definitely order from them again.
We love getting Fritou! The food is always amazing and the service is excellent.I don’t think we’ve had anything we didn’t like. It’s always super fresh and worth the wait and you can tell they care including how carefully the food gets packed in the bag.They have also been very accommodating with dietary needs and allergies.We have been going since they opened and can’t see ourselves stopping.
