My friend bought milk cake from them and tastes and smelled bad. Their sweets were deep frozen and tastes inedible. Highly unrecommended

Milk cake was stale. The taste was sour. The person at reception was rude. I asked him to taste and change the milk cake and he refused to change the pieces. Worst service ever!!!

I ordered mix veg and it was so full it only carrots i am so disappointed with what they are offering in the name of mix veg so bad.
I recently ordered a Shahi paneer pizza, the pizza arrived with a standard tomato sauce base, which was unexpected as I didn't read the menu. The paneer topping was unfortunately burnt and lacked any discernible Shahi paneer flavor. When I contacted the restaurant, the staff explained that they don't use a Shahi paneer sauce, instead coating the paneer itself. This approach resulted in a disappointing pizza that didn't meet expectations. If a restaurant isn't proficient in a particular dish, they should consider modifying their recipe to better represent the dish.
two days ago i got gulab jamuns from their store and those were the worse i ever had in my entire life. Buying food from them is a wastage of money i think literally
