I would give 0 star if I could. Went there, asked if they sell gluten free bread. She answers YES. Paid 8 dollars for a small loaf. The sticker says GLUTEN FREE BREAD. Drove home and read the sticker again. Small writing says "Produced in a facility that uses Gluten..... May contain trace amount of Gluten". I call this Glutenous and not Gluten Free. People with celiac disease CANNOT eat this bread and their GESUNDHEIT will turn into KRANKHEIT instantly if they eat this expensive glutenous bread.

Im trying to experiment to minimize my GMOed wheat consumption for a few months. ALL of my joints are painful with inflamation. I dont enjoy the stiffness of that disease!These folks were THE ONLY bakery in Abbotsford offering wheatless breads. I bought 1 of both of what they had to offer. Both of them are very dense loaves.Their store is in an out of the way discrete location, but not for ppl trying to protect their health.Health conscious ppl can appreciate that GB shares this....
