The employee exhibited exceptional professionalism in attending to both us and previous customers, efficiently processing orders. Please refer to the attached photographs for a clearer understanding.

Upon inspecting the interior, it was evident that the establishment had undergone minor renovations since the previous franchise. There was only one other customer ahead of us when we arrived. I ordered the "hi five chicken sandwich combo" with an additional patty of chicken.

Unfortunately, I found the breading to be *extremely lacking in flavor and the portion of chicken breast to be significantly smaller* than what other competitors offer. Although the breading was not as abundant as other franchise establishments, I personally did not find this to be an issue, but others may. In my opinion, the sandwich bore a strong resemblance to the "Brown Mary" sandwich, albeit at a lower price point.

The fries included in the combo lacked seasoning, but they did have a crispy texture. However, the Canucks poutine was underwhelming in terms of the amount served, as evident in the attached photograph.

The "apple pie" was average, comparable to what other franchise companies offer. The design of the fountain top lid was notable, with a "sippy cup"-like straw, as seen in the photographs.

I ordered fried chicken and I didn't like it. The inside wasn't cooked properly and it also took 20 minutes to bring the order. The biscuits weren't fresh, I almost knocked out a tooth. I asked for fresh biscuits and apparently they reheated mine when they were hard. The atmosphere was very nice and clean, but the food wasn't very good. I give it two stars. Those who serve seem to be of Indian origin and they got upset when I asked for fresh ones.today is January 25 , 2025 .6 pm

The staff was so sweet 🥹💕 My chicken was freshly cooked right after I placed the order. It’s so good.

Walked in and the first thing I heard was another customer complaining about his chicken being cold. Secondly all the table here are dirty. Had to wipe down my own table to be able to eat.

Decided to have a quick meal here with my family. The prices were really reasonable and food was great. They went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our meals. Will be back, just wished there was one closer to home

Super fresh food. I love the crispy texture. Chicken hot wings with Alarm sauce is my favourite. Super friendly and fast service as well.

Their main focus is chicken would think there would be more chicken in the chicken sandwhich. I think 70% was breading. But their jalapeño poppers are great, if you like spice and American cheese, fries came out hot, though they are breaded, which is do not like. More of a preference though.

Went for lunch today and this was the best chicken I’ve had in a long time. Crispy but not greasy. Loved it. Service was great. It’s a quiet place but great food
