Ordered a burger combo.
Chicken burger meat was totally cold.
Fries were hot but tasted like old deep fryer. Taste of burnt old oil.
Yummy.
Probably not going back, nor would I recommend...

Great chicken, nice/clean decor, and friendly staff! Manager gave our young kids some complimentary ice cream that they really really liked!

The one in Abbotsford sucks they don't have grilled chicken like there other stores in maple ridge and Surrey locations boo on u Hi five also app for your points not working couldn't get my points after my order

This is the first time we’ve ever tried high five chicken. My husband and I ordered her food. He ordered a spicy chicken burger, and I ordered a classic homestyle chicken burger.. My husband’s food came out with his poutine 15 minutes later my food still was not out. I went up and said something to them another 15 minutes later my burger still was not cooked, so I went up and told them we were leaving. I got my money back and then they gave me macaroni and cheese bites that were awful.. we will never be going to hi-fi chicken again

got fries and a chicken burger my friend got churros and popcorn chicken, first of all my fries were so crispy and good ! and my burger was amzing, reminded me of mary browns but more affordable, then my friend GOT SO MUCH CHICKEN. they gave her such a generous amount we got the hi five sauce and ranch , if you live spicy sauces the hi five sauce will be your favourite, tasted like some ramen ive had before but the spice was intense ! the workers even walked over personally to give us our food bags. so nice! amazing place i would reccomend
