I've tried pretty much every chinese food place around and for me to have chosen a favourite place, says a lot. Hong dynasty is really small, so I'm not sure if you can dine in, but I get takeout every time and it's still hot when I get home. (I live 30 mins away) Great value, great quality, and I've never had an issue with the service. Don't tell your friends.

The food was delicious and the prices per dish were very reasonable. Service was very fast.
We did take out order and wow!! Best flavour and quality I’ve had in such a long time! So many Chinese restaurants have gone downhill since Covid and economy took a hit but not this place!! Amazing depth of flavour! Highly recommend!! I live in Whiterock and to get great tasting Chinese - had to go to Abbotsford!! Go figure!!

This place will put their phone on do not disturb or just stop answering and turn off their ringer or something. They either never answer or their number goes straight to a recording saying "the person you are calling isn't taking calls at the moment. Please try again later" but no matter how many times you call or when, your odds of getting through are slim to none. It's a shame because the food is so good, but this happens way too often. If the owner reads this, please figure out your phone issues, or hire new/more staff, because you're losing a lottttt of money. The only reason I'm not giving 1 star is because the food is gamn good.

The building is not in great shape . Very jaded .If you are looking for high quality Chinese food it is not here . However this is a great Westernized style take out . Big portions and good prices . Almond chicken is not almond chicken is is battered chicken , same as the batter on fish . The owners are nice and smiling but the take out area is shabby and dirty and there is no dining room . Try it for Western style and see what you think .
