Such a lovely cafe! We stopped by while on a road trip and were so pleased to find such a a friendly and affordable spot with great breakfast options. So cozy and welcoming!

This has been our go-to coffee shop for over 5 years. The coffee is so burnt tasting now. We gave it 3 tries and even mentioned it to the staff, but there was no acknowledgment that anything was wrong with the coffee.. We’ve had to find a new go-to. Please change back to your old beans! We love your shop and we want to come back!

Went there yesterday bought a 16oz latte asked for it extra hot...recieved a above luke warm drink that tasted like burned coffee...as well ordered a three cheese sandwich with potatoes salad served by a less than friendly person.
As a once upon a time regular visitor here the quality of food and service has gone downhill while prices have gone up.
Won't be back!!!

We walk over, sit at their outside table and enjoy our coffees. On colder days, they have a cozy fireplace. Great neighbourhood coffee shop!

Friendly staff and lovely atmosphere, I’m very picky with my vanilla latte but by far, they had the best one, I’m craving another one as I’m writing this review. Highly recommend if ur in the area.

We were driving through Abbotsford and wanted a coffee so chose Hugs in a Mug based on the google reviews. I'm not sure if it was an off day but it was literally the worst coffee I had ever tasted. I ordered an Americano and it tasted like filtered through an ashtray. I took two sips and asked if I could trade it for a filter coffee, which they were happy to oblige but that didn't taste much better. It tasted like it was made with a coffee machine in a hotel room. I looked around at everyone and thought how are they all drinking this? Do they not know what coffee is supposed to taste like? I generally dislike leaving negative reviews, especially for local owned businesses but this coffee was so offensive to my senses it had to be done.
