We spent 65 bucks on food yesterday just to get food poisoning from these guys. Food was so greasy and not fresh at all dont ever go to these guys. It was the only that we had and they no responsibility the guy on the phone shrugs it off. Worst place ever.

Placed order on Door Dash at 9:26 pm. Supposed to be delivered at 1003 pm. I get a message at 10 pm that dasher met with an unexpected event so that order cancelled and now we are remaking it. It’s over half an hour now. I’m calling them for last ten minutes and even though Sumas KFC is open till 11 pm but they are not even answering their phone. Pathetic service. Wife wanted Popeyes but I opted for KFC. Big mistake. It’s over half an hour and dasher is waiting but still they haven’t prepared a small order.

Anshujai really cared about us as customers today when we called KFC with respect to special instructions for a skip order ... She provided such excellence in service and cared about the special instructions for my son's food, as he had an operation on his throat and he requires the food to be absolutely fresh, hot, and straight out of the vat. She made amazing Big Crunch Sandwhiches!
I appreciate the fact that she truly cared and listened to the specific special instructions, as there are a lot of professionals who are unable to listen correctly or follow directions as specified...this great professional, anshujai truly represented KFC 110%, by caring about my son's special instructions for his order and she executed this order as requested... we truly appreciate her and we hope that KFC will give her the highest respect and commendation for her excellence. The chicken was greasy and batter was undercooked. Gave me a stomach ache.
Compared to the total disaster at Clearbrook, this branch is a gem, the kids working there are very pleasant and work so hard. On the offside I’ve encountered some less than fresh Spicy chicken but their customer service is so on point that it outshines any negativity.

With the new kiosks used to from, it seemed to take three times longer to get our food than before. After waiting for 25 minutes for service I was ready to get a refund and leave. Only four people in front of me. When I got my chicken, it was soooo greasy. I literally poured grease out of a breast piece. She mentioned that it was fresh but it wasn't cooked long enough as the pieces in the four piece meal were all glazed looking and rubbery.

The tenders are way way to salty, the fries were not crunchy at all, very soggy. And the onion rings were way to hard to bite down on, not worth the extra 2 dollars. The only good thing is the inside of the tenders were juicy but way to salty. Not returning here again.
