Haven't been to KFC for the past year or so decided to pop in on Saturday, not very happy the way that they have changed the chicken and the fries to have a load of seasoning salt on it all. Not good will not be going back. But the people who work there and the service was top notch.

The woman at the till barely spoke english and got my take out order wrong. Got home and the fries were freezing cold on the in side, and when i called to ask where my sons popcorn chicken was, the first girl didnt understand a word i was saying and kept trying to take my order the next two between them figured out what i was saying. They offered a small popcorn chicken to me for the error but i had to come within the hour!!! We have to eat and get everyone off to soccer, the idea of fast food is to be FAST AND CORRECT AND FRIES THAT ARENT PARTIALLY FROZEN I SIDE!!!We will mever go there again, popeyes is better anyways

The delivery was fast but the food was not good. The popcorn chicken was good, says my daughter. But my mom, sister, and myself were very disappointed. The chicken was overdone to the point of the bones being mushy. The corn was cold and disappointing in taste. The coleslaw wasn't what it used to be; why was the original ever changed? The gravy left much to be desired. And the new seasoned fries? Just as nasty as the last ones, just not as mushy.KFC used to be our family treat in the summer, and for Christmas Eve. It will be sad to say goodbye to our tradition but KFC Canada and our Sumas Way Abbotsford restaurant have let us down.
