I recently visited this KFC location and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience once again. I ordered a burger, but when I got home, I immediately noticed that the bun was hard even without opening the wrapper. It turned out to be stale and rock hard, looking old and definitely not something anyone could take a bite of.

I went back to the location to show them the issue and expected a fresh replacement. Unfortunately, the second time around, the bun was again stale and hard... you would think they would properly check before giving out the new replacement burger but no. When I asked for a refund due to this repeated issue, it became apparent that nobody at the location was trained on how to process refunds.

This wasn’t my first issue with this particular KFC location, but this time it was significant enough to ensure I will definitely never go back. Very disappointing service and quality control.

Kfc onion rings are over cooked. Some of the chicken pieces looked half size and were in pairs. There was a hair in my food. Staff were polite and friendly in the store however will hang up on you if you call with a complaint afterwards. No seating and kiosk service only for ordering.

I’ve been a regular customer at this KFC for almost two years now and never had any issues until today. I ordered delivery through the KFC app (which is cheaper than Uber Eats or other apps). After waiting over 70 minutes with no update, I called the store. The staff told me the order was sent through Uber Eats, but they had no tracking info or way to contact the driver.

After about 10 calls back and forth, the manager finally arranged to resend my order through SkipTheDishes. By the time it arrived, nearly two hours had passed.

The food was cold but fine, but the delivery process was a mess. You guys can definitely do better.

It’s 10:21 location closes at 11pm as stated on sign and website. But funny all the employees were hiding in the back and the drive thru said “come back when we are open “ really not that hard to just get through another 30 mins of your shift. Actually sad what service has come too!

Every single order has a mistake, whether for delivery or pickup either through the KFC app, Doordash, Skip the Dishes or Uber Eats.

Once I had to drive back to the restaurant because they forgot to give us half our food. Literally when we drove back they already had made it just never handed it to us.

Another time I had placed an order for delivery and it sat waiting to be confirmed for 2 hours! This was through the KFC app where there was no option to cancel the order so I tried calling the restaurant. I must have called 10 times and got no answer! I had to drive to the restaurant IN PERSON to speak to someone!

Even when they are not making blatant mistakes this food is barely edible, they clearly leave the chicken under heat lamps far past what is acceptable. This chicken comes dryer than the Sahara and for twice the price as other fast food places.

TLDR: Pay twice what you should and receive half of your order.

This is what I got for 12.17 CAD
I ordered large chicken pieces
And this order shows one piece certainly not large and chicken is certainly not fresh as it’s soggy.
Important : I don’t think anyone cares in this business as not only THIS is insensitivity but also unethical. I should report this behaviour to city and concerned officials and ministry.

Don't go here! The chicken is so old your luck if you don't get sick. Got the 4 piece meal and the spicy chicken was like jerky. I usually drive to the Mission location, but I am sick and didn't want to travel that far. This happens every time at this location. Save your money and go somewhere else.

Worst Kfc in lower mainland. Went to the drive through, the lady wasn't able to understand English and then after i paid for the order, she told us to park as its gonna take 5 minutes. And then she comes to my truck with food after 25 minutes and instead of apologising she told me that i was supposed to come back again to the window to pick up the food. Thats some service.

This location served me a wrap with RAW chicken inside. Not undercooked — raw, chewy, and unsafe. If I hadn’t noticed quickly, I could have gotten seriously sick. Since I got it from the drive-thru and was in a hurry, I couldn’t even go back to show them or ask for a refund.

It’s shocking that a brand as big as KFC would allow this. Food safety should be the bare minimum, not optional. I won’t be coming back, and I’d strongly warn others to think twice before eating here.
