Didn't get the food because their preferred ordering app does not work on their side, so you show up and they have no idea there is a pick up booked. The prices on the app are wrong as well. Use doordash if you want to actually get food. Not impressed.

They gave me wrong order and when I called them they don't accept thier fault and very rude to me
Also using abusing language the lady which is owner

Lighthouse Tiffin Service is amazing! The food is always fresh, tastes yummy, and has that comforting, home-like feel. Very punctual and great value for money—definitely my go-to

Would give 0 star if possible. We order tandori chicken tika but need to cook them again even we said to make it well done .
We will never go back.

It’s too much oil in mutton curry.it is not good for health.it’s not tasty as well.

Placed my order at 7 o clock, gave them enough time that I am going to pick up order at 8pm, when I went to the store at 8:05, the order was still not ready. Happened to me twice. Never ordering again

Actually today we ordered three large family pack and they asked us to pick the order within 25 mins and when we reached there … literally they treaded us in a very bad way we had a family party they ruined it by giving us the food after 1 and a half hour …

horrible customer service i called the lady that i ordered VEGGIE pakoras and i fell like ypur fry it in the same oil in which they fry fish or non veg and she aggressively told me that it is your responsibility to ask us. what’s the point of calling the item vegetarian when you fry it in the same oil. at least have the audacity to accept the mistake.

I ordered a shahi paneer with garlic naan and tandoori naan a day before. The condition of the naans were terrible. It was all burnt and was even hard to eat as you can taste the burnt flavour in it. It was my first experience to eat from here and it was totally terrible experience. It was a delivery order that’s why i guess they don’t care much. I assume they serve good naans in person for dine in because they might tends to preserve their reputation among people. But unfortunately, my first experience isn’t good with this resturant.

hii, I put an order from lighthouse. They showed that it will be Buy one get one free. But they delivered only one and money will deducted for two items. When i call them to complaint about it then they blamed me that you didn’t do in proper way. What’s the hell is this. Very rude staff and service is like hell.

Ordered dinner for my family a day before yesterday and I swear it was an experience of lifetime..I am new here and it was the first time eating indian food here and I loved it..Highly recommended!

The bag ripped from the bottom as I grabbed the handle and all the curries spilled all over my driveway, shoes and clothes! It leaked through the bottom and even stained my car seat because they didn't close the curries properly. I called them explaining and they said that my order will be ready again in 30 minutes. I had to drive back, explaining, showing them the photos and giving them the bag. After waiting for another +25 minutes, they gave me the food again that I paid for but there was no reimbursement for the extra drive, and all the cleaning up I had to do due to their bad packaging and their bag ripping. Then the guy told me that I AM holding the bag wrongly and that it would rip like that because this time I decided to hold it from the bottom instead, where it had ripped before BUT I WAS HOLDING THE HANDLE OF BAG when it ripped before because THEY didn't pack it properly and it leaked, leading the bag to rip from the bottom! Not because of the way I was holding it. The audacity to blame me for their packaging mistake is insane. Extremely disappointing, this place has been my family's go to place but not anymore. I'm just glad that it ripped out of the car and not inside! Now my driveway, shoes and clothes all smell like curry even after cleaning/washing and my car seat has curry stains.
