Honestly this was a weird one! The customer service was non existent, we were not brought chopsticks or any cutlery, soy sauce or any table settings. Even after being asked, I had to ask again for soy sauce. They didn’t check on our food or table touch at all. It seemed as though they might be in the process of moving just due to the chaos of kitchen items both machines and stock in the front room, filing cabinets and things that looked like came from storage or a recently closed...
Take Out Only Disappointed as only take out and the cafe looks very disorganized & untidy to even order from. We went to Ton Khao Thai Cuisine directly across Essendene Ave. for a lovely clean sit down restaurant with great food that did not disappoint
It all depends what waitress is working that day. Sometimes you get a wonderful, friendly one and sometimes (25.7.) you get a grumpy one - who forgets half of your order and is just oozing sour mood. The food is generally good and prepared promptly.
