The bread is the best you can find. Buns and bagels are great

Some of the best gluten free white bread there is that doesn't have egg or corn starch in it.

Stay far away from this company. My friend bought bread from them and cracked a filling. All they wanted was the piece of crystallized starch in their hands. He had to fly to a major city to get dental work done. The bakery's insurance company nickeled and dimed him. If they could have, they would have made him sleep on a park bench to save money. He's on a fixed income and paid a lot out of pocket with money he really didn't have. Turns out that the crooked insurance company made him get a lawyer to get his own money back. He even travelled with his own food and stayed in a student residence. He wasn't even able to buy any Holiday gifts for his family, and is wearing a summer jacket in an area that sees minus 40 with the wind chill. Talk about a shady business.

Great tasting bread and cinnamon raisin bagels, can’t tell it’s gf. We’ve been buying them for years. Excellent customer service too!

Best gluten free bread available in grocery stores.

For years, I've purchased their breads. Unfortunately, I have now made my last purchase. Not only have they changed the bread size to 2 inches, ( an insulting size for bread, how did you even find a bread pan so small?) but they changed the formula, meaning that the bread not only doesn't toast, its still white reflecting its now high startch content, but it doesn't taste nice. In the past, I would spend $8CAD per loaf for their bread, and now I won't be purchasing from them again. I realise shrink-falition and poor quality substitution is the norm, but by using high quantities of starches makes for a poor quality bread.

The competition for gluten-free bread on the market is competitive, especially now ( Dec 2024). You have lost a customer and by doing this encouraged me to purchase else where and also encourage others. I know this will be a bigger problem for you as normally your bread is sold out and when I went to purchase from your freezer shelf, your shelves were packed with your bread, in a high traffic supermarket, when your normally sold out, I was surprised but then I both tasted and saw the new smaller size and now know your established customer base have decided to not purchase your loafs anymore.

The same store had several other brands with normal sizes that you can at least make a sandwich with.

Instead of continuing your high quality, you decided to lower all of your standards. Whom ever advised you to do so, did not have your best interests in mind as a business. Once you lose customers, they don't return.

Good GF bread products for me. I'm a Celiac

My absolute favorite gluten free bread by far, and proud that it's local. Some people are complaining that they cant seperate the slices, just 20 seconds in the microwave and they should be easy to seperate. and then refreeze the slices your not using, it's no issue.

The everything bagels are outstanding! I also love the millet & chia sliced bread. Thank you so much for making delicious GF bread items. Not cheap, but finding reasonably priced AND good tasting GF items is a challenge.

Unbelievably delicious. I've only tried the millet & chia bread but w0w! I can't stand most gluten-free breads - artisan or other. This bread is so delicious, I'm so thankful to have found it!!!

I am tired of paying $7-$8 dollars for your bread only to open it up to find it all stuck together so badly you have to use a knife to get the pieces apart. It ends up all torn and doughy. I won't be buying it again.

I love the gluten free wide sliced bread!! Since being diagnosed with Celiac's I couldn't find a bread that tasted good at all. This break has been a little saver!

I like the flavour, but I purchased it from the frozen section of a grocery store in Victoria, and it is impossible to separate the slices. They froze together in an amorphous shape, and even when I wait for the whole glob to thaw enough to work with, they still get broken. I don't think I'll be purchasing this frozen product again.
