My absolute favorite gluten free bread by far, and proud that it's local. Some people are complaining that they cant seperate the slices, just 20 seconds in the microwave and they should be easy to seperate. and then refreeze the slices your not using, it's no issue.
The everything bagels are outstanding! I also love the millet & chia sliced bread. Thank you so much for making delicious GF bread items. Not cheap, but finding reasonably priced AND good tasting GF items is a challenge.
I see replys about the bread and yes, occasionally it comes mangled. I don't purchase it!
As someone that worked for food distributors in the past I can tell you it's probably the food distributor or the store you are purchasing from! So get down on them! Have them phone the distributor...
