The new owner butchered this business. I used to love this place when I didn't want to eat fast food. I went today and everything was OLD. He had Michelle's previous stock! some lids weren't even on properly in the freezer and it was freezer burnt. Owner barely speaks English and the cook does not either. I am FAR from racist but come on. Nothing was fresh and couldn't find anything that I used to find before. Will never be back

Mini size is perfect for senior Mom who likes traditional meals so I got her meatloaf and scalloped potatoes. But as luck would have it for me who likes more spice - the lunch special was non-veg curry and was deliciously served hot to go!

We tried to use this place to order food for some of the older people at our houses.It was okay for a while.one month we went and paid for it In advance and the food never showed up.We called them.They said they'd look into it.They never called back.It was about four hundred bucks so yeah I wouldn't use them. We support older people and people with mental health problems in town. So we try to make sure they get good food. That was our plan, but we have since found better places and it has worked out. But as far as this place, it's to bad because it's locally owned and we would like to have supported them..

Tried it for the first time last week. 2 stars because the deserts were great! (however not dated....) but the entrees and salads were very disappointing.2 of the entrees were dated in March 2023 stating to be consumed within three weeks of the freeze date. I had reached out twice and have not heard back.Several of the other products did not have dates on them and one of the soups did not even have a label of what they were.The roast chicken dinner was also not as described on the website (not a crispy thigh but a bit of shredded chicken). The chicken shepherds pie was oddly spicy (very heavy on the pepper) and had a flavour that I was not expecting based on the website description.Inspect the order before they bag it and ensure the dates on things!

Outstanding!!! So delicious!!! Wow!wow! I didn't know what to pick with all the choice they had. I don't think you can make a wrong decision. So I picked two totally different meals to try. The food has so much flavour and the portion size was perfect. Amazing food, great price, and so delicious. Beyond the 5 stars.

This was a great place before the new owner took over. The previous owner had good (and safe) work practices, while the new owner risks causing harm with his food (not adhering to safe food standards). The new owner also doesn't pay his employees, so don't apply to work here!

Customer service was horrible and rude . Portions were pathetic considering the overpriced meals. There are way better local catering business that are great and will giveWhat your money is worth.

We had Mama Michelle’s Kitchen cater our wedding this past weekend. Honestly can’t say enough about how impressed we were with the quality of service they provide. They came the day prior to setup and took the time to make the space warm and inviting. Everything was fresh and delicious. Would suggest them to anyone that is looking to have an event catered. Michelle and her staff catered our wedding just a few days ago and it was beyond delicious with impeccable timing with their delivery. So many happy guests as well as myself. Sure appreciated the vegetarian options as well. Would not hesitate to recommend for an upcoming event, very professional!! Thank you so much!

Mama Michelle's is amazing! They arranged 2 months of weekly pre-packaged food deliveries to one of our employee's homes to support them during a difficult time. There were so many meal options, they were portioned well, and super delicious! Thank you Michelle

I decided to try this out as I am single and cooking for one is super stressful. I got chicken a la king and another frozen chicken dish and soup. The chicken a la king was incredible. So flavorful, creamy and came with a ton of rice. Simple boil the packets to heat. Will be back!

Called today (in tears) looking for a lasagne for my best friend who just lost her dog. She got one for me right away and I picked it up a few hours later. My best friend was so thrilled, and she said that it might have been the best vegetarian lasagna she had ever had! She gave me some buns when I picked it up too :) will for sure be ordering again. Thank you again (I think michelle?). Look forward to seeing you again in the near future!
