My family and I really like Mary Browns Chicken, however this location has made us wait more than 20 minutes for a 13 piece Feast multiple times, when ordered at dinner time.There is too often a long wait for Chicken, when chicken is in the name!

Taters were small and tasted old. The fried chicken pieces were much smaller than we’ve gotten from other branches.For quantity and quality of food we got, not worth the price paid.

I could not believe the prices $39.00 for 9 piece and $53.00 for 13 pieces of chicken. We turned around and walked out. Went to KFC and got 12 pieces for $30.00. No thanks Mary who ever you are.

I have been coming here for years as I live close by and build Mary Browns restaurants as a contractor. Including the update for this location.Increasingly terrible food they serve expired chicken and old soggy fries , still making you wait 15 mins at least for the order . Usually order online and always takes a long time to get expired chicken from the warmer . Worked in a chicken restaurant once for five years so I know what chicken and fries looks like at the end of its time in the warmer . Promised credit for it next time but then refused to honor it when I went back .Will not be coming back nor do I recommend this location.

Just picked up 6 pieces of chicken for their $19.95 special. Just awful!I have ordered this from the other location and it was fresh and regular sized pieces! Out of the six pieces 2 were wings and one back! All of the chicken were tiny pieces because they were completely dries out! I will try the Clearbrook location but never again from this one!!!

I can't comment on the atmosphere. This was a pickup order.The food was great, and the store looked fantastic. The staff I dealt with were all very friendly and upbeat. I would order from them again.

It is a fast food spot so not a lot of seating and quite basic but very clean. The food was exactly what I was hoping for. Lots of meat on the chicken, even the wings. Definitely worth the money spent.
