First time at this location, ordered a batterbox, tender combo, banana and chocolate / caramel cake poeding, we ordered from Coquitlam last Saturday and comparing the two franchises the two is completely different, Abbotsford had absolutely no batter on the chicken , just plain cooked chicken , not even grilled or deep fried, the biscuits from Abbotsford are exactly like Popeyes, the fries/ wedges was the same, the banana had no cookies inside just plain jello and whipped cream, very disappointed!

Came here Saturday night, tonight. Great food, but we got 1 wing, 2 drumsticks and 3 ribcages for our 6 piece meal. Felt like they were offloading the bad cuts to us.

Good food, but they consistently fail to mark your food as ready when you use the mobile app.

Large order for noon pickup. Assured it would be ready for noon. Called and confirmed morning of pickup. Got there at noon and gave my name. Nothing ready. Apart from that nice people and good chicken by had not planned to wait so was a little late for event.

We recently ordered lunch from Mary Brown’s for my child’s hot lunch day, and unfortunately, we were really disappointed. He got the popcorn chicken (I’m not sure if that’s the exact name), but almost every piece was just crunchy batter with barely any actual chicken inside. Most bites were just hard, over-fried bits with no meat at all. I will be recommending to our school that we do not order from them again and try a new place. I took pictures because I was flabbergasted that I paid money for this.

You should change the oil more often. Rancid or something. Ate a chicken burger and fries today. First time ever trying this place and the last. Spending the rest of the afternoon in the washroom on a beautiful day sucks. Thankfully had come home.
Avoid unless you are near a washroom.

The girl making us food was soooo rude and attitudy she’s itching her head while making our food not even wearing gloves and she’s so slow we waited for our food around 25 minutes in the drive thru. I’m very disappointed and definitely won’t be back.

After skip the dishes told me to go pump sand with an issue with my order i contacted the store and staff was very sympathetic and went above and beyond to resolve the issue
