Great place to have lunch, bright and clean. Staff are friendly food is great! Chicken and combo (food prices are ok) I was shocked to see the price of a can of pop!!! $2.91 for a can of pop! Management need to address this pricing is gouging not appreciated! As I said food is good but dont buy drinks here you will get gouged! Way to much for a can of pop almost $3 this needs to change and until it does this will warn potential customers!

To preface, I've worked in customer service for a good chunk of my working years, so I may have certain expectations that I believe others also share.

The place was empty when I arrived, yet there were tables that were dirty (e.g. oily tables, food crumbs). Since it was empty, one could expect to see all tables cleaned.

I approached the cash register to order, only to wait about 5-7 minutes before anyone came to the front. To note, I did make a call out, but no one came. One might think I didn't call out loud enough, but I was louder than doordash/skip the dishes notification which was heard by the staff.

When the person taking my order finally came, she asked if I waited long and I said yes. She said okay, instead of apologizing for making me wait.

TL:DR come for the chicken, not the service.

Chicken tasted like it sat out for awhile, fries were hot like they were under a heat lamp. Won't be coming back as it doesn't seem worth the money

The chicken was good.
The tomatoes in the burger were rotten and the smell of rotten tomatoes ruined the food. Chicken tasted good but it was so small.
Chicken recommended, Don’t go for burgers.

Best monday deal for chicken sandwich

When this location first opened the sandwiches were way better than the one on the other side of town. I would frequently get the spicy Mary, but now the are only ok. I noticed the recipe for the spicy sauce has changed a couple of times now and I would rank it 7-8/10 for heat, but then went up to a 12/10 and would be so hot my nose would run. The sandwiches also used to come with 3 pickle slices and now there is just one (and outside the bun!) Even the bun seems different too. For a franchise one would think there would be consistency but there is no longer here.
I wonder how many other people have noticed these things too??

Just look at these past 3 sandwiches from my most recent visit that I had to ask for extra pickles in order to get 3.
But at least they dialed back the spicy sauce, thankfully.

Would put zero refused my order over the phone told me I had go there and when I show up they lock there door on my face guess they don't server white people anymore just one more place guess it's in the name browns

Excellent clean and friendly location. The Batter's Box was really tasty and we got 2 meals from it. Everything was very nice and fresh. We will be back for more ?
