worst service of my life, i’ve never even bothered to leave a review on a place until now… i placed my order when it was empty and somehow the lady ended up making a few orders before mine and serving them to the people that ordered after me… took around 20 mins to get mcdonald’s

The girl making my cheese burgers wiper her nose and wasn't wearing gloves. I asked the other girl in the kitchen if she could let the girl know i wanted her to use gloves which she did but the girl still refused- nasty. I got a refund and walked out .

Food took over 25 minutes to get to me. All of it was cold. I didn't even get everything I ordered. And when I confronted them all the toys inside the adult kids meal for Minecraft, what was matching the same as the kids' meal toy wasn't right, and I was told no it is. So what a waste of my time for fast food and burgers and nuggets we're cold. If I could give 0/5, I would the Walmart MacDonald is the worst would avoid it if possible

Customer service sucks! Especially when dealing with Donna. She did not listen when ordering and got my order wrong. Then gave me a hassle when I wanted to fix it. Wouldn't give me a cup for my drink and ignored me when I asked her twice for a cup.
Then had to wait an astronomical amount of time for a medium fry.

SAMDISHA gave me horrible service massive attitude made me wait way to long for my order to even be made and when my food was ready I could see it under the heat lamp she refused to give it to me because there was other orders ahead so it was cold when I got it SAMDISHA is a HORRIBLE worker ! I don't have 0 stars but I would love to, pretty bad services, 10 minutes waiting for a cup of coffee being the only one person there, and no other orders on the screen
Place is disgusting, tables not cleaned, floor has leftovers everywhere, kids highchair covered in what I hope is just grease, garbage cans full. Use the machine to order because if you decide to talk to a human you will be waiting for 15-20 mins. Absolutely terrible service.
Food was fresh at least.
