I ordered from this McDonald’s through SkipTheDishes — a simple order: one extra-large double-double coffee, two breakfast burritos, and two hashbrowns.
When the driver dropped it off, I asked where my coffee was, and he told me it was inside the large paper bag. After he left, I opened it to find the coffee cup on its side, having spilled about a quarter of the drink all over the bottom of the bag. The liquid had soaked through the second bag containing my food, leaving everything — burritos and hashbrowns — completely covered and dripping with coffee.
When I requested a refund through SkipTheDishes, I only received about one-third of what I paid back.
Honestly, who in their right mind thinks it’s a good idea to toss a hot coffee into the same paper bag as the food? It’s careless and shows zero common sense. Clearly, this McDonald’s doesn’t care about their customers or the quality of what they’re sending out.
I’ll never order from this location again, and I definitely won’t be visiting in person. The lack of care and customer service here is absolutely unacceptable.

Very disappointed with the service here. I was here in the evening. The manager was rude and unprofessional, she was on her phone and didn't even listen to my order properly. She's Punjabi and Her name is ARSH, and there was no greeting. I expect better behavior and customer service from McDonald’s. Definitely not coming back until things improve.

I watched them take two ready made hash browns that where sitting. Redip them in oil to heat up and hand them to me saying their hot just came up. Then denied they did that. I watched 100% positive the who I suspect is the newer manager

worst service of my life, i’ve never even bothered to leave a review on a place until now… i placed my order when it was empty and somehow the lady ended up making a few orders before mine and serving them to the people that ordered after me… took around 20 mins to get mcdonald’s

The girl making my cheese burgers wiper her nose and wasn't wearing gloves. I asked the other girl in the kitchen if she could let the girl know i wanted her to use gloves which she did but the girl still refused- nasty. I got a refund and walked out .

Food took over 25 minutes to get to me. All of it was cold. I didn't even get everything I ordered. And when I confronted them all the toys inside the adult kids meal for Minecraft, what was matching the same as the kids' meal toy wasn't right, and I was told no it is. So what a waste of my time for fast food and burgers and nuggets we're cold. If I could give 0/5, I would the Walmart MacDonald is the worst would avoid it if possible
