genuinely so infuriating and disappointing every single time absolutely do not go here not only do they make you wait a minimum of 15 minutes even when you placed an online order earlier to avoid that problem so that it would be ready when you get there they half the time never even give you the right items you end up waiting your entire break or a huge chunk of your free time for the wrong food the workers just stay there and talk or we’ll get other people‘s things. Who had just came in even though you have the same order as them I came in and ordered a junior chicken waited 15 minutes, saw three other people placed their orders for junior chickens, and get them before me absolutely unbelievable this place makes me so annoyed and so angry don’t waste your time going here

This place was filthy and completely understaffed. There were 30 people waiting for orders and the counter staff was miserable. Poorly managed location in a busy spot.

Unfortunately my husband and I got food poisoning here after our purchase yesterday, we ordered a quarter pounder burger meal with 3 McDoubles and a cheese burger. Will never be coming back to this location it was extremely slow and after ordering I went further into the restaurant and it was SO dirty!! All the tables were filthy baby high chairs filthy nothing had been wiped down even the floor had food all over it and all over the seats DO NOT come to this location. If I would have known what it looked like before ordering I wouldn’t have gotten food here. If I could give this location no stars I would.

Slow, sooooo slow. They also clear the order screen before they actually serve you so it makes it seem like they are hitting their optimal time.
It took 30 minutes to make a simple burger. They gave me the wrong food and my fries were cold. The service is terrible. Do not come here.
