Dayo IS THE BEST EVER.they forgot my grandmas burger and I asked about it and she had the nicest sorry and getting 10 gift cards for Christmas presents She had a smile and laughing while she couldn’t figure out, love Dayo now.

Immediately got sick after my meal here, which was a waste of a meal plus money wise. The burger was dry and I asked for no onions and they still managed to put the receipt to the burger that had lots of onions on it?! My wrap was poorly made with chicken that looked over cooked or dry as well. Fries were surprising good..
Used to get coffee here but not anymore. They seemed to have changed their brew. Now tastes weak.

Missing 2 burgers, I even asked the girl at the second window if everything was in there because they did not have happy meal boxes and everything was put in a bag. Turns out, not everything is not in the bag, now I have 1 kid with his food and the other without. Consistent wrong orders.. 2 soda drinks received, only 1 straw..
Also, I have called the store several times with just a voicemail, no returned call.

Never in my life have I seen a washroom so dirty and disgusting. I had an emergency and bought something so I could use the restroom, but all four stalls (3 in the woman’s & 1 in the handicap) were completely unusable. Staff were standing around doing nothing. I went to the front counter and asked if there’s anything that can be done and they said sorry and to go somewhere else. I had to leave without being able to go. I am genuinely so shocked and appalled by my experience. It was so disgusting. You can tell a lot about a place by the cleanliness of their washroom. I’ve never written a bad review in my life, this one takes the cake.

Ordered the Grinch meal on mobile order. Went through the first cashier and repeated my mobile number, the cashier told me a different order and I said no. I repeated my mobile number again and he said go ahead to next window. Went to the the pick area and was told my payment is not successful and to pay. I paid and the wrong order came. Big confusion! I repeated my mobile number for the third time and they finally found it. Did a return to my credit card and was asked to go to another window to wait for it again! In came my food which is wrong again! And they said they confirmed with me and I said u recognized the wrong guy and finally came my Grinch meal without the Grinch box and socks! Wow!!! Amazing feat!
