Hi , actually I got food from your McDonald’s and I gave Oder to one beautiful lady her name may be jaspreet I asked from her .She is so good in order taking and she is so nice and innocent when. I was in line she feels to every customer as like they are family so I really impressed from her . Thanks for giving priority.

I ordered on skip and i just ordered a shake and these guys didn’t even put a straw. I mean this disgusting and then I tried calling the restaurant 4 times and nobody even picked up my call. They don’t even deserve 1 star

Customer service at this location has been very disappointing. From Monday to Friday, the same employee is always at the drive-through window, handing out bags with an unfriendly attitude and a constant smirk. It would be better if she were assigned to other duties such as kitchen or dining room support, rather than customer-facing roles.
In addition, the short black manager with braids seems unprofessional and unorganized, and does not appear to have control over the operations. This is McDonald’s, and I expect staff to maintain a professional attitude and provide respectful, customer-focused service.
nice clean location with nice friendly staff. quality here seems to be consistently better than other locations. Seems most of the staff here are Canadian which is probably why it’s still kept so clean and I’m always met by a polite staff member.

You place your order and they get it wrong. You can't do anything about it when you get home with your food. Anyone going to leave half their food at home and get back in your car and give the wrong stuff back? It's not that hard to get it right. Also McDonald's your sundaes are now an absolute joke! Maybe you should bring back the plastic cups.

Its fine, I guess. My usual store. Food quality is hit or miss depending on the staff. Service is friendly, the space is kept clean and even during a heavy rush their times are good. Star taken off for how much the quality of food varies, unfortunately.
