went here Nov 10th through the drive thru.basic order muffin med fries wrap and a coffee.upon opening bag they had forgot the fries.so about an hour later went back for a credit.first went into store and it was a gong show so went to drive thru.from first window to second conversation was lost.then asked to speak to manager.asked for credit and she wouldn't budge kept offering large fries.so took them and weren't even hot.normally wouldn't have bothered but when you are paying almost $5 for med fries.btw wasn't my choice

It’s McDonald’s, everyone. The people working the window, counter and kitchen don’t make enough money to deserve the venting on these reviews.
They just got my kids’ orders wrong again which happens well over 50% of the time, (especially recently and not just this location) but I don’t sweat it. I leave enough time to be able to go back and get the order fixed and I usually end up with free food for myself.
I just had a young woman take my order perfectly, ask the right questions, very smoothly use the register, and even use her headset to give the kitchen a heads up about the special order and it still came out wrong. But, again, these are, most often, young people learning a variety of skills. They’re going to mess up a lot. I can’t recall a time that things didn’t go right with an order on purpose.
As a specific suggestion, I think it would make sense for McDonald’s corporation to build in a system fix in the form of a button that says “Plain Patty (no seasoning)” and save themselves buying my dinner a few dozen times every year.
Shouldnt even be legal to sell this crap, , also really need to bring in the - ☆ rating system

Food was all old and cold. Had to repeat by order for the cashier, one bacon strip on a plain cheeseburger $1.89??? Holy crap! Gave 2 stars because it was fast but I guess when you’re serving old cold food it would be.
