I usually don’t leave reviews, but today your staff made me feel like I had to. I was there about 30-40 minutes ago. First, I waited 5–7 minutes in line, then another 5 minutes just for the guy to take my order. He didn’t seem to know half of the menu, and I had to repeat myself multiple times yet my coffee still came out wrong. The old lady at window seemed stressed too. Please consider hiring someone who actually knows how to take orders and can understand English clearly.

How many times are you going to mess up my coffee? Every time, it’s the same, you apologize on the phone and offer a free coffee. But how hard is it to make a large coffee with 1 milk? Why would anyone add sugar when I never asked for it? There was no car in your drive-thru, so it shouldn’t be difficult to make one coffee properly. Please train your staff on how to prepare coffees correctly.

Disappointing service by this Filipino guy. I used to come here every night after work and always received fresh food with excellent service from the staff. But this is now the third time in a row with the same person — he doesn’t seem to understand English. I waited in line for 15–20 minutes, only to find no fries in my bag and the wrong drinks given to us. Very disappointing. I’ll never be coming back to this location again

Every time I go through the drive-thru, the staff seems to be in too much of a rush. There’s no greeting—no “Hi,” “Hello,” or “How are you?”—just a quick handoff of the food On top of that, they almost never get the order right. I constantly have to go inside to fix something they missed, which defeats the purpose of using the drive-thru. I’ve finally decided to stop coming here

Waited almost 20min for an eat in order. Employees wear no gloves, handling food with bare hands. One of them was pushing garbage into the bag and right after went on to serve customers. Other guy was wearing dirty construction coveralls handling orders.Order was missing a few items, and the coffee was so bad I ended up dumping it all in the garbage. Place is unclean.
