Went through the drive through tonight and it took a very long time. I asked for no pickes on my burger and got them on even tho the sticker on top said no pickles. I asked AND PAID FOR sweet and sour sauce and of course did not get it even though I asked if it was in the bag when they finally brought it and she said yes, it was not. If I could give less than a one star I would.

This place tickets for illegal parking even if you step away just to run to the bank next door and then come back and dine. There's someone who watches, and the moment you step off the property, they ticket you over $70. Attempting to appeal the ticket is useless as well, they'll just lower the ticket amount by a few bucks, instead of just giving a warning, which would have been sufficient. There's lots of McDonald's in town, I don't need the hassle of this one. Not planning to go to this location again.

I’ve never written a review before as I’ve worked in food service and understand how mistakes happen and things get missed.. however I’ve also never been to a restaurant where the same mistakes happen consistently over MONTHS.
There’s been several times where I’ve ordered a chicken McGriddle, only to get a chicken McMuffin. This has happened at least 5 times.. and then when I tell them I would like a chicken McGriddle with no egg and no cheese, I’m told “that’s how it comes already”…. Okay so don’t make it a McMuffin???
Today I ordered a double quarter hamburger with no cheese. The STICKER said “no cheese” (thanks to the lovely lady that works the window with the glasses and red hair.. she did her part)… I still got cheese.
I’m not sure who you’re hiring or keeping hired, but this is ridiculous. I’ve never been to ANY McDonald’s that is this consistently bad. Mistakes happen, but this is a pattern. I was there on October 31st around 1:50-2:00ish. I literally order one meal each time… it REALLY should not be this hard.

I had a very disappointing experience on September 19, 2025, around 9:00 PM. One of the staff members displayed extremely unprofessional behavior. She was very rude, did not smile, and appeared disinterested in assisting customers. Instead of paying attention, she was talking on the phone with her headphones on, showing no concern for customer service. This type of behavior leaves a very negative impression and makes the overall experience unpleasant. I hope management addresses this matter seriou

I usually don’t leave reviews, but today your staff made me feel like I had to. I was there about 30-40 minutes ago. First, I waited 5–7 minutes in line, then another 5 minutes just for the guy to take my order. He didn’t seem to know half of the menu, and I had to repeat myself multiple times yet my coffee still came out wrong. The old lady at window seemed stressed too. Please consider hiring someone who actually knows how to take orders and can understand English clearly.
