Waited almost 20min for an eat in order. Employees wear no gloves, handling food with bare hands. One of them was pushing garbage into the bag and right after went on to serve customers. Other guy was wearing dirty construction coveralls handling orders.Order was missing a few items, and the coffee was so bad I ended up dumping it all in the garbage. Place is unclean.

Harman, who was running window at 420 pm tuesday, dec 10, she needs an attitude adjustment. Someone like her should not be working in customer service if she can not be kind to people. It was disgusting to see the way that she spoke to everyone... especially when she messed up somebody's order.And they pointed it out to her, and she just rudely walked away and told them to get in line. She was also not kind to me and felt I needed to put in a review about her. The manager didn't seem to care , so that is why I am writing a review online. Either get out of customer service or be better

Service has gone downhill and the old lady working there is becoming more rude than before. Plus, the one time they didn't probably put the Grinch meal in the box, instead they put it in a paper bag and missed my Grinch socks. Ended up checking the bag before leaving.

I was super excited this morning to get some coffee up until I got up to the last drive thru window and had the displeasure of dealing with the miserable old woman. Apparently asking for cream on the side comes with attitude and disgust? I'm sorry you're 70+ and working at McDonald's, I do feel for you - but treating people with disrespect and anger because you're unhappy isn't the way to go. Might I suggest working in the back where you don't deal with customers. I used to enjoy this McDonald's, but this left a sour taste in my mouth and I won't be returning (McCallum McDonald's is 5 stars!).
These people are fast! When I show up early in the morning before work, they hand me my coffee with a smile on their faces.

Ok this one is just funny, it’s 5 to 11 and I asked if I could order lunch and was told no, it a big deal so I order breakfast. Pull up pay then wait… then wait some more, they ask me to pull forward because well they don’t have breakfast ready ;) It’s now after 11 but here’s to brunch

Order was wrong at the window. I got it corrected and they still gave me the wrong order! Incredibly frustrating, I'll bring it back to them in the morning. 6 trys to order a deluxe mccrispy and still got it wrong.
