The service at this McDonald’s is always disappointing. Every time I go, the wait is way too long—even when it’s not busy. When I finally get my food, it’s cold and clearly sat out for a while. On top of that, the staff are often rude and don’t seem to care about customer service at all. Definitely not the experience you’d expect from McDonald’s. Avoid this location if you’re in a hurry or want your food fresh.

Horrible staff and taking 30mins to make a big mac to make it wrong and a mc chicken takes 30mins then have to wait 15 minutes on top for them to fix it then the manager gets involved while im having a private conversation with my wofe amd cuts me off and telling me im wrong and swearing at me and dosent even no what there staff was doing and had to fix my double big mac 3 times the first time they took the original and just man handled it and slapped more stuff in it and meat patties like unsafe food handling so very upset and disapointed and gea i got frustrated and wasnt yelling but tone of voice and rhat proved i was upset given everyrhing

Tables are dirty, no one is helping the customers at the front counter. There has been a line up here for 15 mins and not one person has been served there food. I stood here for 15 mins waiting for someone to take my order. How this place is open still idk.

This place is terrible. Ordered 2 McChicken griddles. Just got the bun portion no chicken. Asked for Fries they said they are not serving fries. Can McDonald’s go back to hiring white ppl again. These dippers are terrible and have zero customer service or care for their job.

USUALLY good food , it is Mc Donald's. However three weeks ago I ordered a 13.00 dollar Double quarter pounder with cheese NO pickles and extra onions. I usually do this in order to get a freshly cooked burger. They took a standing double 1/4 pounder with cheese removed the pickles as I could see the pickle imprint on the cheese and worst of all it was COLD. and just when I had told my wife that this was a really good McDees. (Not This Time)
I’m here four days a week ordering my same breakfast since 10 years and they just can’t seem to understand and get the damn stupid order right they either add something that I didn’t ask. Forget something that I asked for you got so many people working in here, so many people ask what’s your order who took the order? I don’t know why are they so stupid just go back to your own country and leave our country alone to people who understand and speak English.

Third time I've ordered a Quarter Pounder BLT and gotten just a QP with cheese. From one brown person to the next, learn English. BLT =/= with cheese. Like seriously, stop asking "anything else" x5 and actually listen to our orders **with the intent to get the orders correct** instead of punching in whatever you all think is close enough and rushing us along.
