I only use the drive through when I forget that I said I’d never come back here again. Slow, often asked to park and wait.I’ve sat 10 minutes waiting for their payment machines to work unsuccessfully only to be told that unless I pay cash they won’t give me the now cold food that they will throw out.Offered promo item in drive through but told it’s not available by the time i get to pick up window.Hopefully this review reminds me to avoid.

Unfortunately the morning staff person drive thru manager is a yeller towards her co-workers. All you hear is yelling, lets go let's, let's go let's go NOW! in a harsh tone. I couldn't imagine having to work in that environment all day hearing that. By the time I was done my ears hurt from the tone of her voice. All the other staff seem to be pleasant.Its a shame thats how she communications.I had mentioned that and all she did was shrug it off.Glad the McDonald's on McCullum are more respectful of each other and have good team management and talk to each other respectful. It makes it a pleasant atmosphere ti be in.Perhaps this lady needs to get proper training at another good McDonald's restaurant.Or she needs to go across the street to Timmies and see how pleasant their drive through is and realize its not nessesary to be a yeller!

THE WORST- avoid this place until new management adheres. Food is always cold or wrong order. Always have to wait 10 minutes for fries/breakfast/anything. Even when your the only customer. Unfriendly service.I go here all the time because my work is so so close, I am a happy chipper kind of person and keep giving them the benefit of the doubt, but they need to change things around. Train and prepare your employees! Food is cold again today even after waiting for so long!

Overwhelmed with long waits when it's not busy. Order karafe with cups,lids,stir sticks,cream,sugar. Just got a mangled box of black coffee. Took 15 to 20 minutes while slow.

Just went in to grab a meal and it was packaged and made perfectly the girl at the counter was friendly. First time in years I can say this I was impressed.

They got two items on the order wrong.Served a McChicken instead of a McDouble and a Quarter Pound with cheese served on a plain bun rather than the traditional sesame seed bun.I spoke to the staff since this was a dine-in order and they immediately apologized.

Went through 24-hour drive through at 0145. Both lanes open, but apparently short staffed. After waiting 20 minutes in line with many other cars, we ended up calling the restaurant to see what was up. No cars served for 10-15 mins. When we got food, fries were old, they forgot sauces.... overall, it was a terrible experience.

Girl at the front counter was a little rude this morning

They don't have tomatoes at this location. 2 days in a row I've ordered and paid for the same BLT(omato) without receiving any tomatoes. They still charged me for a BLT and didn't let me know they are out of tomato. The store or franchise manager here must know what condiments they have or not on hand, does it hurt to give the courtesy of letting your customers know you don't have what they ordered before they pay?
