It's in a part of town that has a lot of drugs and the staff doesn't do nearly as fast of a job for walk-in service as they do with drive through. Wait 15 mins for 3 mc flurries. As well as extended waits for other meals.

Ordered two items and I got one. The restaurant wasnt even that busy. They all were so involved into their own conversation that they forgot to process my other coffee. And in the end blamed me for not asking. Having no sense of acknowledgment at all about it. DO BETTER!!

Attention ceo/manager of clearbrook McDonald's I would like to send the highest commendation to the most amazing professional ever named Arshdeep-she is such a great professional as we had a really bad experience for missing out on the Grinch socks, that someone had forgotten to put in the order.. there was also another day where we were told that they didn't even have the socks in at that time. Today, i discussed this with Arshdeep and she apologized for what had happened with this bad experience.. she had taken this negative experience and really cared about us as customers.. she made sure that the socks were included today for our order - we absolutely appreciate this great professional and we trust that McDonald's will give her the highest commendation for going above and beyond and representing McDonald's 110%!! Most importantly, she truly cared about us as customers

So my car broke down right outside of McDonald's I went and ordered a big Mac medium fries small Coke they lost my order and then when I confronted them about it they turned the power outlets off so that I couldn't even charge my phone up while I'm waiting for my mechanic to come to service my vehicle. Unbelievable that they would do that. The fact they would make me go to the bank to get a statement to prove my purchase with my car broke down outside is unbelievable to me. The manager's name was Dilly she was incredibly rude confrontational and spiteful by turning off the outlets. So now I am forced to wait in my cold car. This is not the McDonald's that I grew up with. Gone are the days of service and quality.

We ordered a Mcwrap and they charged us for a Mcwrap but they gave us a snack wrap. The fries were old, soggy and cold, and my drink was messed up. They have screwed up my order almost every time I go here. I would highly recommend not coming to this location.
