So many times now they keep forgetting things. Ive ordered 2 SM meals with 2 hashbrowns each and this is the third time I drove all the way to work and notice it's missing the other 2 but yet yall charged me for it.
You need to properly train your staff. This has happened so many times. Same when I use the MCD app yall forget things and I have to call door dash which is a Hassel if yall just did your job properly.

Extremely rude and slow staff on tonight. We waited over 30 mins in the pull forward spot for 3 juniors and nuggets, such incompetent staff, please schedule proper people who are equipped for the job. Wendy’s could never, yall are gross

Nov 30, 2024 around 2:20 am. I came here to pickup 2 skip the dishes order and went to collect from the window. Upon pressing the ring button on the intercom, the girl working there just popped her head towards the window and didn't even bother to reply. Both the girls on shift kept talking and laughing to each other but none of them got to the window or even bothered to tell how much the waiting time is. This is highly unprofessional behavior and not expected from such a big franchise. Request to the manager or owner to investigate this and take action accordingly. Thank you

Clearbrooke one sucks ass never go there just drive the 4 mins farther and go here

I ordered delivery from this location through the McDonald’s app, and the hotcake portion of 2 happy meals were missing. I verified with the driver that he didn’t forget any items. I then called the McDelivery phone line and was given one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. My solution was simple: either send me the hotcakes or refund the hotcake happy meals completely so I can reorder. Both the initial agent and the supervisor told me they don’t re-deliver and can only refund exactly what was missing, which was only $3.75. So my kids didn’t get their meal, and to make right the mistake McDonald’s made, I need to pay $12.50 plus another delivery fee, service fee + gratuity to get my hotcakes. I’ve lost faith in this service and will not recommend it to anyone if I don’t receive a reasonable response to this review. Why am I, the customer, punished for the company’s mistake?
I waited in line for five minutes until someone of their ethnicity came in to line I then was bypassed as the server served the person of their ethnicity behind me. I spoke up and was served where I should have been and bought the other gentlemens coffee. I found it to be very racist there. Unless you are their ethnicity they will not serve you and make you use the order board. Not impressed at all. Racism had no place in this world, and yet here at this store it alive and well.

Ordered on the app for a curbside pickup. I counted 27 cars going through the drive-thru in the time that I sat waiting for one cheeseburger and one order of fries. When my order was finally brought to me she didn't know if she had the right order so she opened it up and put her hand in to touch and look at the order and touch the food to see if it was the right order or not.
