harman is very bad manager we asked for 2 cheeseburgers ended up getting a poutine when i paid for cheese burgers and when I asked the manager abt it she gave bad attitude and caused a line and offered 2 free drinks and made us wait 20 mins in the drive thru suddenly she came out without a drink and asked if we can only do 1 coke I drove off it was ridiculous and exremely unprofessional

Was racially profiled here a couple weeks ago, an assistant manager (female) laughed at me when I asked to speak to the manager and proceeded to pretend to call the police when in reality she didn't. Instead, I was belittled to a point where instead I called the police and got a file number. I have her name, but will spare her the public embarrassment.

Very disappointed with my visit to McDonald's today. I received the wrong order, and when I tried to get it corrected, the manager on duty — wearing a black t-shirt — was not helpful. Customer service was seriously lacking, and the attitude made the whole experience frustrating.
Well it's McDonald's don't bother with the pizza bites!! Then on top of those things that where to hard to eat. You have to pay for a dip!! Not worth the price and portion !!

So many times now they keep forgetting things. Ive ordered 2 SM meals with 2 hashbrowns each and this is the third time I drove all the way to work and notice it's missing the other 2 but yet yall charged me for it.
You need to properly train your staff. This has happened so many times. Same when I use the MCD app yall forget things and I have to call door dash which is a Hassel if yall just did your job properly.
