I ordered 2 chocolate Sunday and paid for extra fudge yet I got the same amount and paid extra money for that. I told the crew working that it’s less, she was like I have added extra chocolate fudge. Later on my friend ordered normal fudge Sunday and we compared it. GUESS WHAT! It was the same amount!! Very disappointed with the service. I paid for extra fudge and should get what I paid for…. It’s not coming out of your paycheck. VERY DISAPPOINTED

The drive-thru took a while, and the McFlurry I got did not taste good but I don't think that's this location fault.
The manager doesn't even know how to put on a lid on a coffee. And when the coffee inevitably spills all over my car and everything, all they do is take the food away. Give me a refund and stare at me like I don't have coffee all over me. Avoid at all costs
Any other McDonald's in town will definitely serve you better. And it will be safer

We had my son’s 8th birthday party in the PlayPlace, and the kids all loved it!
The table was set up for us when we arrived, and the host was attentive, making sure everything went smoothly (which it did). The PlayPlace even has its own bathroom, which was so convenient, the kids didn’t have to leave the play area at all.
Overall, I was very happy with the birthday party experience at this McDonald’s.

Absolutely the worst mcdonald's in Abbotsford. Even when the employees screw up your meal they STILL WILL MAKE YOU PAY FOR A NEW ONE. So happy I had to pay more for something I asked for the first time.

The worst experience i have ever experienced at this macdonald .They do know the meaning of customer service . We just asked for points , their employees are behaving very bad . The worst part is even the manager does not how to deal with customers, the manager behaved the worst , I do not who made her the manager . Their was one more round face girl , she has lot of problem with the customers.
