This is the third time they messed up... Never have this problem with any other fast food..They also made me wait...My wife said don't trust mcdonalds.. You have to double check before you leave..

I went through the drive-through the order of the meal from the McDonald’s and the first window took the payment from me and I got the confirmation like the payment is deducted from my account and even the window one whoever was working, confirming the payment has been made, but when I went to pick up my order and they said the payment didn’t go through and even I show them the transaction history like the payment done it from my end that’s your issue and they were complaining like they can’t give me the food until I met the second payment and forced me to do it very very bad. Behave by the McDonald’s staff and they said end of the month you can check your transaction if you didn’t get the refund I can come back and get the refund. That’s not good for me. I am living in surrey and this McDonald’s is in Abbotsford and they want me to come 40 km to get my $13 refund.

A couple years ago this McDonald's was great. They definitely switched up managers and influxed a bunch of foreign workers, they constantly cut you off as your trying to order, they park you for everything even singular items like a coffee, saying it'll be fresh... it wont be and it definitely wont be made correctly. Meanwhile you get to watch them serve their own people with no problem or waiting. I'm baffled that you can get parked for a double double and its not even made correctly. Probably the worst McDonald's in Abbotsford.

Every time I go, no matter the time or size of order I'm asked to park to the side to wait which always ends up being around 10 minutes. Doesn't matter how small my order is.

The best McDonald’s in all of BC! I love this place and my food is always fresh and my Diet Coke is the most crispy, mouth watering item ever!!! This McDonald’s compares no other! My favourite worker is jaskirat what a great and helpful worker thank you for making my experience here the best!

This location frequently messes up drive thru payments. The staff who are handing out the ATM on the stick rarely confirm your order and just assume things are in the order it shows on their screen. I've had several instances in the past week where I have been charged for a meal I didn't order, and had to be refunded when they try to hand me someone else's order.
I understand there is a time crunch when working a drive thru, but surely it takes less time to confirm an order with each customer than it does to charge someone for the wrong things and then hold up the drive thru with a refund process. Please implement a better system for this. I don't know if it's a franchise-wide issue with the time sensitivity and training process, or if it's staff/team members not wanting to communicate, but it's a pretty severe problem and it should be addressed ASAP.

Why is there a wait time of 5mins for one jr chicken burger and even if there is one why tell me once i’ve already paid!? ridiculous. And every-time they make you park your car, like suffer your consequences and have us wait where the q times matter!
