The best tacos I’ve had and the only chicken birria tacos I’ve seen in the lower mainland. However, the consommé given is way too little for the steep price point, and the tacos themselves are unfortunately missing the traditional red colour due to not being cooked with the sauce.

Hands down the best Mexican spot in BC! The food is always fresh with just the right amount of flavour. Absolutely worth the drive—up to an hour without hesitation—and I’d recommend it to anyone.

My friend and I were passing through abbotsford and we had no idea where to eat. We went on Reddit and everyone said to try Mia Birria.
They were right.
From the moment we walked up the kitchen staff were nothing but friendly and excited to see us. We felt welcomed and encouraged to try whatever we wanted. I order the pulled pork burrito and it was outstanding. Juicy meat, (not shy portions) soft rice, and great avocado crema. And the birria sauce was insanely...
