first time eating at Milestones in a long time, we stepped in for a burger and I was surprised at the prices.. I got the Smashed Black N Blue burger which is a double patty burger.. the patties were just okay.. 2 smallish patties, and the balance of flavor was off, not enough onions and actually looked like there was almost no onions, tiny pieces of mushrooms. I feel like I paid $26 for an average smash burger.
My dad had the Korean Fried Chicken sandwich and again for the size and quality I just couldn't pay $24 for something that's a basic chicken burger with sauce..
overall the burger and sandwich menu seems novel but ends up being underwhelming and doesn't deliver.

Gave it a few days before posting. I’m upset because I called to let them know I was missing an item when I got take out. I was told a manger would call me back and now I feel like I got blown off. The food I did receive was great. Service sucked! I guess they feel entitled to keep my money for the item they missed. I will never get take out here again. Of course they never called me back to make things right.

What a wonderful experience at this Milestones location! I have the 1989 burger and added avocado to it! It was cooked perfectly and the fries were nice and crispy! Lily gave incredible service my entire visit, and was extremely friendly and accommodating! Could not recommend this location more!

Yesterday was my daughter’s first day at university. After that visited this place for our dinner. We ordered roasted mushroom soup, smash wagyu black & blue burger, butternut squash ravioli and a pineapple drink. Food was very yummy. Environment, ambiance and service was okay.

The Hostess Jessica was rude.
I asked to clean the table it was wet and she argued
This is not water this is spray and she made a face.
A simple hello hi is appreciated.
The tone she used was absolutely rude.
She had no smile on her face when she gave us our table, however she was smiling with other people asking how's ur day ? Probably we were wearing joggers nd sneakers thats why.

She didn't even said hi to any of us.
The food was disgusting. No taste . Eew
Definitely not recommended.
However the good thing was the server YATIN, he was amazing
Very cooperative very professional and he apologized several times after he came to know about their hostess : JESSICA.
Thank you Jessica for ruining our day and brunch.
