This was honestly one of the worst experiences I’ve had at a food place. The cleanliness was terrible. There was food scattered all over the floor in the back. Their workspace, where they were making the burritos, was also a complete mess. Ingredients were everywhere, nothing looked wiped down, and it made the whole process feel really unsanitary.

I was genuinely grossed out. And left immediately, if basic cleanliness isn’t taken seriously, I can’t trust the food. I hope management steps up and fixes this.

Everytime I go into this restaurant I have a great experience. The staff is always super friendly I highly recommend this particular spot

Worst service ever. They have the slowest servers. While I waited 15 minutes they were only able to accommodate 2 people and not even finish their orders. It didn’t even look like they were trying to work on it. I left without even ordering since it was so bad. There were 2 girls and 1 guy working and they really have bad work ethic

Disappointed in the smaller amount of food . And not only is the burrito bowl smaller there is less food in the bowl it isn’t even full . They barely had any cheese on it the sides of the bowl had a lot of space from lack of being full . Also when I went the veggie bowl was empty and I had to wait for them to make more veggies after I had to point it out to them that the veggies was empty they had no idea or didn’t check it . I never had this happen before .

Ordered chicken burrito here, only 6 chunks of chicken in one burrito… crazy… loaded the burrito with rice and fajita mix only… no flavours at all… queso tastes burnt..guacamole was tasteless, felt like guacamole was made couple of days ago.
Will never be back and will not recommend this to anyone.

Service is usually good at this location, but the man who served my queso put his fingers in the cup before ladling the cheese. As a slight germaphobe it’s really disappointing to pay $20 for a meal you’re not entirely comfortable eating, because this should be an obvious no no.

I had best burrito in my life, ordered around 1025, young guy who served, best in service. This place is amazing served fresh chicken as well eventhough when they are about to close.

Food is good but be ready for get full. Honestly I think the Mucho size is probably enough for two meals

The food was awful and very very messy with lots of cross contamination across all the sections, avoid if vegetarian or have any food allergies or taste preferences. At least I didnt get sick :)
