New manager, she doesn't care. The food is cold and stale, meat is dry, she makes the burrito, then cooks the vegetables while everything gets cold. I wish the owner was at least checking in. I notice a decline in customers.

The food itself is not bad, however it does taste a little different from the other mucho chains. Also the fact that they change the bowls size is disappointing. The bowl is much smaller now for a high cost. Moreover, the staff seem very stingy about the quantity, I could count 5-6 pieces of chicken cubes in the bowl. And they’re quick to charge a couple extra dollars for “double” protein.

disappointed in my taco they served me in a BOWL tonight.. this place used to be good!

Indian server was there and she really helped us to choose best pure vegetarian options.

Food portion was good for rice bowl. Priced fairly as can be expected. Wish the drinks were a little bit cheaper. Atmosphere is lacking, feels very cookie cutter.

They changed there bowl size for the burrito bowl and it's much smaller now. My wife and I were still hungry after eating it. I would much rather the price go up a dollar or 2 then shrinking the size. As well as the chicken was dry dry and had some burnt edges, we did go at 10:30 am so maybe the chicken was from yesterday. I agree with the previous review that high street is much better. And I hate to bring this up but the day after new years the worker looked sick and said he had to go midway through making it and went to the washroom. I got my burrito finished and used the washroom before I left and it stunk so bad in there like vomit . There was vomit on the floor and around the toilet and inside. It turned me off of this place. I won't ever be returning.

The female employees seem happy to work there. The male employees, not so much. I once saw a male employee sleeping in one of the booths. So I always get the food to go. Surprisingly, the food is always good.
