So we entered right now when the signage of open was already on. It was 9.43pm. Upon entering one of the two attendants closed the open signage and when we ordered the girl on counter said that chicken is over just because they didn’t want to serve. The other girl was in such a rush of closing all doors and lights so that no one comes and orders again. Their focus was towards car parking as they wanted to check if there’s no one.Where’s customer service?? It’s not because of the food but the treatment for which I would give them 1 star. I have been to the one at High street and they served us even at last minute. Really unprofessional and responsible staff. Don’t they understand that someone coming even last minute to them means is either hungry or loves the food.Never go here , high street one is much better

i ordered a large burrito and they only put 1 bean on the entire tortilla, so it was really but like REALLY dry and boring , never coming back my mom makes them better :)Wheelchair accessibility: i got in to an accident when i was 12, my leg burned with hot coffee and they had to amputate it :(

The burritos used to be so good, loaded with toppings. Its been a few months since I've been to Mucho Burrito and now they are so cheap with the toppings. The burrito was half the size of what it used to be. I will never come back here!

Excellent service with a smile. Very quick service as well. I walked in there were 6 other customers in line, I left within 5 minutes of entering. I was immediately acknowledged and continued to be communicated with during the whole process even though they we’re swamped.

I always get burritos from here. Usually its good, but yesterday the burrito tasted stale and terrible. Different workers make it their own way. It's like there is no standard for the toppings quantity and the overall quality of the burrito. The brown rice were undercooked. Never eating from here again.
So disappointed that they got rid of the cilantro lime creama. It felt like I was inconveniencing the women helping me, which made the whole experience very awkward. The lettuce for the burritos is so chopped it looks like cilantro and adds nothing to the burrito, a waste of a topping.

Cheaper and some how tastes healthier then chipotle wile the medium hot sauce doesn’t destroy your mouth with heat. Brown rice could be improved.

I had experienced the same issue as the person about a month ago. I ordered online, I arrived at the pick up time and my order wasnt ready so I had to wait inside the store until it was finished. Additionally as I was eating my Quesadilla I pulled out a long hair from the bit I was eating! That completely put me off and wasnt able to finish my food.

We are regulars! Prices are reasonable and we love that our food is made fresh in front of us. They use REAL chicken breast that is grilled right there. Best choice for clean fast food!
