Mucho Burrito Fresh Mexican Grill

Extremely disappointed that the bowl size is now smaller for the same price. As well as less toppings available. The food is always delicious but can no longer justify how expensive it is for such a small amount of food.

Ver disappointed with the new changes. The boxes for the rice bowls are so small now that we can’t even mix it without having everything fall out. Why keep it the same price when it is now half the size?

We always have an amazing experience here. Gurkaran has provided us the best service last time when we are in and again today we had an excellent customer service from Gurkaran. He should be appreciated by the team and company.

Awesome fast Mexican style food. Size is great and they can do many toppings and customizations. Very reasonable price for lunch and maybe late dinner.

Twice I have ordered from this location and both times the burrito order had missing ingredients. Seems they don't pay a lot of attention.

Edit: we just placed a 3rd order and it also has a mistake! It's a shame because we love the food but we would love it more if it was correct more than 0% of the time. I will reach out as directed.

Dosen't hold up compared to other locations

I've been going to this location for over 5 years and noticed the service and quality/quantity of food has severely diminished the past few months. I don't normally write negative reviews but I was extremely frustrated and felt ripped off today. Not only did I get charged extra $1 each to put sauces on the side instead of in the bowl, the quantity is severely lacking compared to the previous person just ahead of me--his was seriously twice the size and got charged regular price !? Do better mucho burrito . Yall should treat all customers fairly and this is coming from a frequent , weekly customer for years .

Bought two burrito bowls, one was chicken and one was veggie bowl. The girl made our bowls was acting all sassy, wasn’t listening to the instructions. Told her to put extra sauces twice as she wasn’t listening and the third time she listened, just decided to dump the whole bottle in the bowl. The bowl was so sour that we couldn’t eat more than two spoons.
