Today I visited this place with my friend. I am really impressed with their service and food. Gurtej helped us as this was our first time at mucho Burrito. She is really nice and her service is great. Highly recommend to visit this place.

I visited the restaurant last weekend around 9ish. The girl preparing our bowl was neither interested in serving us or answering any questions. They were out of most of the common toppings and she was not accommodating as well. I believe store should have workers who want to work instead of giving them the attitude. Total waste of money not coming back for sure.

The inconsistency of this place is crazy, one day you’ll have your order made perfect. Although today the person who made my food skimped out on the meat. Like for real I'm ordering tacos and they're half empty.Very disappointing

I just visited here first time and no doubt food was good but the behavior of the girl working there was not good at all. She didn’t even put effort for customer serviceI don’t think i am gonna come back again
First time here food was ok but the customer service was terrible. The restaurant was empty so I asked simple questions about some of the menu options available so I could make a choice and the lady stared at me with a blank expression and looked at me like I was stupid for asking. Better off going somewhere else with better customer service.

I visited the store today to drop my resume and when I asked for a manager from a girl working there she showed me attitude and called another boy. He told me that manager is in India. How come a store run without a supervisor or manager? The staff was so rude and unprofessional. I think it was my mistake to thought to work there . I will not recommend this store to anyone

I was standing in line with my girls. A customer ahead of us asked for steak on her wrap. The worker put on chicken. The customer corrected the worker, the worker dumped the chicken back into the bin. Instant cross contamination. I am aware that cross contamination can occur at restaurants, but to do it deliberately is ridiculous.Another worker brought over some fresh chicken and dumped it on top of the old chicken. The old food is to be put on top of the fresh food so it is used first. .Shortly after another worker brought over more fresh food and dumped it on top of another old bin. God knows how long that older food has been festering in the bottom of those binsFood safe is not being observed at this location. I wonder how many employees have their food safe?The counter where the meals were prepared was covered in food.Anyone with food allergies, food sensitivities and those who don't enjoy cross contamination or food poisoning should avoid this location at all cost.We walked out in disgust. The woman ahead of us asked for her receipt so she could talk to a health inspector.We will never return. We will not bother trying any other location.**Edit**After reading many reviews, I am amazed at the amount of customers who have experienced food poisoning. How is this disgusting location still open?

The staff was unprofessional.The Punjabi guy preparing food was too casual while our food was getting ready.We were there late with the kids and he was totally not in the right attitude.The food was nothing special.Everything was sub standard.The washroom didn’t have soap or sanitizer.It was really a sad experience.
