Nandos is amazing! The place feels cozy and comfortable while still looking stylish. The staff are super friendly, helpful, and make sure everything is perfect. The food is delicious, with every dish looking great and tasting even better. Everything about it shows care and attention. If you want great food, excellent service, and a nice atmosphere, this is the place to go!

It may be the worst chicken I've ever eaten. We ordered at 6:00 pm, our order arrived at 6:50 pm but the wrong order was delivered. The staff was both incompetent and uninterested. We paid a lot of money but were not satisfied at all.

Ordered the chicken sandwhich, in the picture it has a whole chicken breast that fills the bun. Actually sandwhich had a small quarter breast on it that dissapeares inside the bread! obviously trying to cut costs at customers expense. Also the food was cold and the fries not fresh. I will not be eating this garbage again. Hope they go out of business.

Ordered on door dash. Our food arrived old, cold , stale and tasted absolutely vile! no care in the quality. Typical eating out here in Abbotsford when dining in or ordering take out. Seems to be a common trend in these establishments in Abbotsford. Will never ever order again from Nandos Abbotsford! I do not recommend! Cook your own food at home and save your money. Hopefully , I don’t get food poisoning 😣 Thanks for the hair in my fries! 🤮💀

Dropped by to get dinner to take home. There was only one table of two in the restaurant but it was 7:45pm so didn’t think that much of it. The staff member was polite & efficient when taking our order but unfortunately the food was terrible. For the $37+ we paid for a single piece of chicken + one side and a chicken bowl… not worth it. The chicken was so dry & very little of it. My husband had ordered a chicken breast but it was mostly bone. The rice wasn’t properly cooked either. Disappointed.

I ordered a chicken wrap for dinner, and the chicken was raw and uncooked inside. Chicken was not basted with the sauce either. It is very dangerous to serve raw chicken, and can cause illness. I am very disappointed!

August 20th 24 Nando's Restaurant Abbotsford BC very poor experience music so loud I asked them to turn it down they refuse they said this is what Nando's does it has to be this way I said it's troubling to my heart and disturbs my body but I asked them to give me a refund on my money they refuse they gave me the my friend the food and we ate at the food was good the service the atmosphere was on unusable to us the music so loud we couldn't even talk to each other without yelling it was a very negative experience than the the lady the supervisor did nothing to make it a good experience which she could have thank you for listening bye for now I would not recommend people go there to eat it's not safe for people with arrhythmias and heart problems thank you bye for now the food was good

I just ordered take out from this location and got home. I opened up my meal and I bit into a large chicken bone in my chicken wrap.

The sweet potato side dish I ordered was just sauce and sweet potatoes that didn’t look anything like their advertised photo.

I am really disappointed with the service and food here as usually it’s good, However, for $37.00 this didn’t meet anyone’s expectations

Nandos has great chicken. When I come to the Abbotsford store I always request sparkling water. Perrier or Peligrino. 20 times and they refuse to bring it in. In Abbotsford They straight up do not care to serve the customer. Nandos in Walnut Grove always has Perrier and a lemon wedge for me. If you have a choice go to Walnut Grove Nandos. The chicken is the same. Service is so much better.
