First time checking out this spot — I got the Henry Special on rice and an iced coffee. The staff were super nice, and the portions were big. Flavors were alright, nothing mind-blowing but not bad either. Coffee was pretty average.
Only downside was I found a hair under the spring roll… and I’m pretty sure it wasn’t mine (it was a little curly). Kinda gross, but overall not a terrible experience.

SO good. I got the seafood pho, with wings and the iced tea.
Let's talk about the iced tea. I'd go here JUST for the iced tea. Good thing I don't have to because the seafood pho? Absolutely delicious. The serving size was a bit overwhelming in size but that isn't a complaint, just an observation. You'll definitely leave with a full belly.
The wings were also SO good. Very crispy.
Overall, very enjoyable. The vibes are nice, the smells the moment you walk in get you hungry, and everyone is respectful in their volumes.

We eat here pretty much once a week, if not more lol the food is so good, the drinks are also tasty. The service is great. They really spoil us here. They get to know their customers and remember their orders, makes us all feel special. Cannot recommend them enough.

In a city of big chain restaurants it's restaurants like this that make it worth it. Bern going to New Saigon for years and it's consistently so so good. Pho is deeply flavored and fresh... Rangoon are next level and you must have the house iced tea. It's insane. :)

This is thee ABSOLUTE BEST PHO PLACE! The food here is ALWAYS top notch, never disappointed. Service is always very fast, and the atmosphere is very relaxing and enjoyable. I have never once had a bad experience at New Saigon, not ever. If you've never eaten here, you are MISSING OUT!

Fish sauce just like water taste nothing?? Beef 👎 noodles soup not enough hot no good,we came twice nothing changed, today i was order grill beef & springroll but beef taste none no favorites 😒
