I ordered a regular poutine and it was really good. Great customer service even though there was a big lineup! Komal was the lady who helped me and her service was very fast and she was very patient even though there was a lunch rush.

The worst experience i ever had, i ordered veggie fries poutine and i got regular poutine. The quality of fries was very bad soggy and chewy. Gravy seems old. And the lady that took my order was expressionless. Not even hello hi.

I love New York Fries. Are they pricey, yes but do you get a decent amount yes. Do I wish you got more gravy or cheese sauce or meat yeah. But if your getting multiple items your getting a lot I struggle to eat a large to myself unless I haven't eaten all day. The food is great and the service is amazing they are friendly and helpful. Today I ordered poutine swap out the cheese curds for nacho cheese sauce and they gave me a decent amount of sauce.

What I think you should do is put half fries in put gravy and whatever other sauces on then the other half of fries and repeat plus toppings. If that can be a thing. If not then people can get extra.

The service and store front were fine, but you get .50 cents worth of pulled pork and .40 cents worth of cheese and the rest is fries.

Highly overpriced for what you're getting. $17+ for 2.00 dollars worth of food at their cost.
