I wasn’t happy with my order, i got delivery. I got 2 teriyaki boxes, one had maybe 4-5 small pieces of meat and the other had more but the biggest pieces were too chewy to eat. We got the most expensive type of meat and were very disappointed with the quality. You have to pay extra to add meat and thats what makes it more upsetting. The sauce was the best part and everything else was okay. Only reason i didn’t give one star is because if you get a different type of meat maybe it’s better or maybe they usually give more.

served old food. Gave my whole family old beef AND chicken that was clearly cooked several days prior. Was dry, chewy, and overpowering taste of old meat that was cooked and refrigerated
to the people at this establishment. You can taste old cooked meat…. it’s very obvious.

Food is usually pretty good here, but being ignored by staff for ten plus minutes felt pretty rude.
Seems really understaffed for a Friday night, I totally understand being busy and having to wait, but at least getting acknowledged that you even exist would be nice.

Ordered specifically because they said they take precaution for gluten allergy (celiac). Both bowls had the same noodles, only one bowl had a label and it was for ribbon noodles (not gluten free), packed in same bag.
Called the restaurant and they said over and over again, “it should be fine” and “it should be okay”. This is totally unprofessional for food service allergy standards and instills no confidence in their care and respect for those with allergies.
If you have any allergy, I would avoid this place at all costs after this experience.
They showed no care or concern for gluten allergy and when issue brought to attention, said “it should be fine”. I suspect they would do the same with other allergies so be aware.
The only professional and caring response in this situation would be offering to fix it immediately, committing to making it right, and demonstrating they have the knowledge about food allergies. However, the response “it should be fine” shows a lack of knowledge, understanding, and care.
Other times, food was delicious and well made. This time, there were a number of core chunks of cabbage that are not palatable. Also requested no cilantro and someone put a cilantro branch in my order. Cilantro makes me sick so i hope i spat it out in time.

My only regret about this restaurant is that I have not gone sooner. I couldn't decide what I wanted and went with the Classic Spicy Peanut Box. It did not disappoint! Oh my goodness! The flavors and food are delicious! I wasn't waiting long for my food and my dish was loaded with fresh veggies. The portion was large, more than enough for me! I will absolutely be back. I have a feeling I'm going to be craving this in a few days!

Ordered the honey garlic chicken box and it was pretty disappointing. The noodles were very sticky and clumped together and there was not nearly enough sauce in the dish. I worked at the Abbotsford location for almost 2 years , so I know how good the food can be , so I was very disappointed in the quality of the food :(
