Old Yale Brewing - Abbotsford Craft Brewery + Kitchen

My son and I went for lunch today and absolutely loved it! Our server, Cordell, was top notch in every way! I had an Hawaiian pizza, my son had a burger and poutine. We shared an appy that I don’t remember what it was called but it came with marinara sauce which was a 10/10! For dessert we had this deep fried Oreos, can’t remember the name, and this also was a 10/10! Overall it was a fabulous experience! 5 stars all around!

For $22, the pizza I received was horrendous. I ordered a BBQ chicken and there were barely any toppings and the chicken tasted old. I happened to walk by a staffer meal having the same thing and you'd swear you're at a different restaurant. Lots of sauce and toppings and what I was expecting to recieve I feel ripped off to see such a comparable difference I won't be recommending this place to anyone The service was great, but the food was subpar Thanks for the $2 pizza because that's about all it was worth. Also looked like it was made by a toddler

We had a reservation for a larger birthday celebration Saturday night! We had a great server, great beverages, and I loved my Sasquatch burger!!! OYB never disappoints!!

We went to the Abbotsford location with a group of 16 people. Our server, Sarah, was amazing. The restaurant was packed but even with a group of 16 there were no problems. The food and drinks were served quickly, the food was good and there were no mistakes. That takes a lot of organization and competence when things are that busy. I'm grateful for the great dinner and setting.

Celebrating my friends birthday was a great first time experience!! From entering the establishment till the table was breath taking with Christmas decor not to mention a very nice atmosphere. Racheal was our excellent server mentioning all the new specials and great beer choices! Food was amazing ( forgot to take pic ) ‼️
Overall I would say 5 / 5 !!!!?????

It's such a great place for get-togethers! Fun games and good drinks

Food and service is great. But the music is uncomfortably loud. Painful to the ears loud and impossible to hold a conversation, especially when the harmonica came out.
Venue is way too open and echoey to support live music at that volume.

Old Yale has recently joined the list of favourite restaurants. The food is delicious, lots of fun drink varieties (even for non-drinkers!) The service is always phenomenal too!
If you want a fun party vibe sit indoors, otherwise the outside patio is cozy and super enjoyable!

Came in for the first time today and Max was an exceptional server. Recommend some great food and beers. We made it for happy hour and it was so affordable! The spinach dip was delicious! Will definitely be back when we're in the area.

Amazing food and service! Jody was very personable and took great care of us. I had the Honey Lime Chicken salad and happy hour Lakeside Margarita. The lime and the mango margarita flavours are fire. The salad was delicious, bursting with flavours and had enough dressing to actually cover all the salad ingredients. I would have licked the bowl clean if the patio hadn’t been full.

Found the service and drinks to be good. We were there on "live music" night, which is not something we planned. It just sounded like a loud radio was playing, as the location does not have the right acoustics for live music. Looking around, nobody seemed into it. Add loud children to the mix, near our table, and we just must have picked an unlucky night. Would definitely check the schedule first before going again for drinks with friends. And will go see local music in more fitting venues when I'm not out for a catch up chit chat & visit.

Finally made it to old Yale brewing and worth the wait. Was blown away by the space indoors with space for relaxed dining, lots of patio space, as well as an area for games to enjoy. The food and drinks were great. Enjoyed the honey hot pizza as well as the Buffalo chicken dip. Looking forward to trying more menu items soon!

We went for lunch today to celebrate my bday and I’m quite disappointed because I asked for a hot sauce on the side and I was charged for $2. We have been here few times and it was good experience with the service and food! I get it everything is gone up for the prices but I ordered pizza, it’s not a random sauce that you would ask if you’re having pizza! I only use a tiny amount. ? I wouldn’t have ask if I knew that there’s an extra charge for it!

We had to ask for menus. They only had 3 special foods for the event, and none of them were very good. They were offering 2 different levels of service between outside and inside. Was not happy with our experience there today.
